    They have terrible technical support I regret buying their pos system for my business. So many problems no call back for help. Long waits on call for help then get put on hold alot and still get no help. They pushed the system on me and pulled money from my account without telling me then when I complained was told they had no time to call me back and that I couldn't return the system.

    This business is absolutely horrible with their customer service. I was having a problem with matching my business model with their POS systems. I only had the account opened for 2 weeks, and realized that it would not match my business model, nor could it be used in my website provider wix.com. However, because I was cancelling the contract early, even if I had not used the device or account, they were still going to charge me $500 to cancel! I would normally expect some sort of "grace period." However, on top of that, the customer service I was speaking to were "talking down" to me, and wouldn't even let me speak, in some circumstances. Please do not go with this company even if they are providing "lower discounts" on their POS systems.
