      I have been with bell on a credit limit for a contract that I started in June of 2022 they told me that in December 28th of 2022 that I would come off of the credit limit but that never happened ** **** **** ***** ** ***** ** ***** *********. My bills have been paid every month so I think once this contract is over I will never use bell again ** ********* **** ** *** ****** ** ******* **** ** *** ***** ******* *** ***** ** * **** ***** ********

      I switched providers in Sept. I am owed money from the last bill i paid and they have not sent it to me. I was told it would be sent via mail and also told it would go back to my bank account. I havent got it yet. All they do is give you the run around. Worst company to do business with.

      Bell is fine costumer service wise.
      The Bell app tells me I have extra charges.
      I do NOT WANT what I don't need.
      The costumer service breaks down the payment system. The app is not for me.

      I signed up for an $80 talk and text package before I went Mexico. My best friends wife passes away but I was unable to make a call to him.Called Bell and no numbers worked , not even the international number. I had a fraudulent charge on my credit card and it was blocked I was unable to phone **** because of Bell - so there I am in another country and unable to use my credit card or make any calls anywhere . I had to fight for an hour to get my $80 back and finally got a measley $50 credit. Before all of this I have to stick my phone outside a window to get reception . I am dumping them as soon as use my credit . It is obvious that Bell could care less - I will never here from them

      I placed an order on black friday for a new phone and plan. The day after when I was suppose to go pick up my phone, the store stated they have not had my particular phone in stock for over a year so they are unsure why bell sent them to that store to pick it up. I called customer service that same day and let them know the issue, the rep stated she was going to request to have it shipped to my address. A week and a day after, I call to follow up on where my device is. They stated they cancelled the order, no one can tell me why and that due to it being a black friday sale they are not able to offer me the same deal on phone and plan. Upon speaking to 4 different people stating the new promotion is 36 dollars more for the phone and 30 dollars more for the plan, meaning I would have to pay 66$ extra a month due to their error. After repeatedly stating I have the receipt and confirmation stating I bought into the black friday deal and have proof therefore should not be penalised for their mistake, all I got for the service rep was a grunt on the phone and a "i cant change anything now". Disgusting customer service out of 3 of the 4 reps. At least put your phone on mute if you are going to vocalise your frustration.

      Bell is ******** money from international travellers by charging them roaming charges even when the phone is on airplane mode and cellular data is turned off. When I complained I was told that i had to also have my data roaming turned off (this feature is deeper in the phone, after 'cellular off' button. So next trip to Europe we turned off all three and were still charged roaming charges. We used our phones on wifi only and were charged high telephone use charges. If you purchase a monthly International na plan it only give you 1 GB of roaming. This is useless. **** **** **** ***** *** ******* ** ******* **** **********

      I was a Bell customer. And had an issue with my bill. They were trying to charge me $2,000 for my phone bill for charges that I accepted when I didn't. And argue with them for months. Sent me to collections so main Collections and bell all made the agreement that I paid back and payments. So I paid the full $2,000 back. And it came off my credit score and everything was good spent two years rebuilding my credit. Then couple months ago it reappeared on my credit so I phone bill and asked him about it. And now to them to take it off again I have to pay them another $1,000. I don't think that's right when I've already paid a $2,000 bill and now they're saying there was an error on their computer side. So to get it resolved I pay the $1,000 and then they'll investigate it and if it's found that they are at fault because they're saying they're not my money will be returned. I've asked to speak to many supervisors and they all say that they'll call me back but they never do. * ***** ***** ********* ** **** **** **** ******* ******

      Worst provider ever ..I wanted a not so expensive phone they pra tically forced me to get the most expensive one.
      After having it for 2 days it stopped working for me wouldn't register on a network then when I tried to return it.
      They wouldn't return it. Or give e me my money back .
      Now I'm stuck with a phone that won't work and a bill for a phone that I didn t even get to use .
      And now it reflecting bad on my credit score .
      Today I called bell and complained and the woman talked to me as if it were my fault the phone doesn't work .
      Told me I have to verify who I am . With documents I don't think anybody has
      Anymore .
      I thought my id and opened mail from my address was enough . But no .

      I contacted customer service yesterday because suddenly, the data that I overpay for stopped working on my phone.
      I spent the majority of the time on hold, the problem was not fixed. They tell me they are sending me to tech support, get put on hold for another lengthy period of time, for the same rep to come back on the line, tell me there is nothing they can do and have outsourced my issue to an "offline specialist".... gave me a ticket number and said someone will get back to you in 5 days.
      So five days without mobile data on top of the fact that ALL of my stored WIFI passwords were deleted in the troubleshooting process with the rep.
      My issue was not resolved, I was not offered ANY sort of compensation for my issue, only to be repeatedly told "I'm sorry, there's nothing I can do" - I'm sure there's something that could have been offered.
