      They charged me for 3 years for a turbo hub that I had called in and cancelled. (Only used for 3 months when I was looking after a sick relative). They said they had no records of the call and it was my fault for not catching it earlier. * ******** ******* ** ******** I will never use bell again ***** ** ***** ******

      I was told I would get a $65 plan that I can use in the US for no extra charge. I took a bit to put the Sim cards in, almost 2 months, and they tried to charge me for those 2 months, i was on the phone for 2 hours with them. I even read what the sim card said "Once sim card has been tampered in any way, you agree to Bell's terms and service" i told them I hadn't touched the sim card and would not go with them and they promised they would not charge me. I put the Sim card in called to change my phone over. They tried charging me for the past 2 months. Then they minused money but they wanted to charge me an $89 fee to get started. ok fine. I got the new phone started and they did not change my number to my original plan which I was PROMISED. I was told it would work in half hour to 1.5 hours. This took another hour or so. I woke up in the morning and it STILL didnt work. One more hour to get that done. Anyways im in the US and I get a message from Bell saying im over my roaming charges in the US? I call again. I'm told they cant give me that plan for less than $80 and are going to charge a $20 service fee to change my plan... Huh? Change? You screwed that up, not me. ** ******** **** **** ***** *** **** **** **** *** ****** ******** *** ***** * *** ** **** *** *** **** **** ** * ******* **** ****** I spent 7 hours on the phone, waiting, being transferred, they put the wrong phone number with the US plan (i got two plans with them) and tried to charge me for their mistake. I have been with this company for 12 hours and it is the absolute worst service I have ever had!

      I am currently paying $85 dollars per month for 20gb of data bell is offering a promo plan for 70 g of date for $50 per month. I have been a bell customer for 15 years and am not under contract at the moment. I contacted bell to see if I can switch to this plan. I was told that this is for new customers only any I don't qualify for this plan. I fail to see how new customers are entitled to a better deal then a long time customer like myself. ***** has agreed to match the offer so will be switching to *****.

      Gary, the manager at the Uxbridge Ontario store *** **** **** **** *** ************* **** *** ****** I first came in after buying a new phone from Sales clerk, Brendon. I've had nothing but trouble with my ***** * , 5G . I didn't even want a 5G. Brendon just said that "..this is the upgrade from your ******* **. The last time I went in with a problem with my account bal., **** **** ***** ***** ********* *** **** ** **** *** **** ** **** ** ***** *********  I was done with Bell.       Bell Mobility negotiates in bad faith. They record the conversation, however do not honour what the Loyalty agent negotiates for my Mobility contract. i.e. The written contact is different than the negotiated verbally recorded contract.

      In May of 2020, I was had sent my phone in, because it was damaged. I was told to send it back and, I'd receive a replacement. Long story short, I was without a phone, the entire month of May. At the end of May, I took my phone number and, went to another, **** ********, phone carrier. Been there, ever since.
      My thing is that, a mere 2 weeks later, Bell Canada had filed a late payment, for almost $2000! I wasn't contacted by Bell, about any monies owed. They just filed on my credit report, without my knowledge.
      I realize this may be later on but, it's *** hurting my credit rating *** *** *** ******* ****** ***** **** *******

      Bell Mobility completely scamming the constomer, I was charged $800 then was gave me a credit of $600 - I did not understand what was the charges, and I did not purchased anything... 2nd I wasn't aware - I was charged for ***** **** for the last 4 years $16 a month which the ****** ** ** - which I paid in cash not a contract phone. I did not agree with the charged - I asked the rep. to sent me the contact if I agreed with it.. He connot able to sent me the copy because he can't find it. Also, he is going to charge me $20 if he is able to sent a contract. I've been a long customer of Bell Canada, For one bell my monthly charged at least over $500 amonth... My another complained their call centre is not in Canada - They are third party outside the country - they don't really know how to handle in case to case bases...I am so upset with this situation- i want to escalate the complain but there's no response- Everytime you talk to them - they will hang up the calls when comes to complain... *** *.

      Bell mobility provides terrible service in Observatory Hill neighborhood ***** *** *** ******* ****. Reception is terrible (they cannot hear me, I cannot hear them); the line got cut off all the time. Bell TV - needed to cancel it if there’s no more promotion - I called Bell Loyalty 4 times today and talked to 4 people. Stephen, I was on hold for 20 minutes, he found my info and said he’s with the sales department, he had to transfer me to the loyalty department. I talked to Andy, the line got cut off. I called again, talked to Amie at Loyalty, the line got cut off again. I called again and talked to Ali at Loyalty, she asked for my account number. I told her that I did not have it with me. She could not find my account number. What a waste of my time!

      I had a 2 years contact with bell mobile, and they asked for $500 deposit. so i gave them that, they told me i would be able to get it back after the contract is over, the contract was over on Sep 7, 2023, now it's Dec 11, 2023, I've call them about 7 times, everytime they tell me different thing, and when i asked them check your recordings from my last call so you know you guys are ***** to me many times already, they just said there is no recording of the last call, it's gone, and some time they would say i will get it in 3 days, some time they would say i would get it in 3 months, some time they would say i would get it in 6 months, i told them it really doesn't matter what you say anymore, i'm not getting my money back am i, they just hand up on me, they made me waited on the phone for more then 10 hours all together, said *** they could say just to get you off the phone, ** *** ** **** ***** ***** *** any money any thing they say is just to get you to give them your money, and you will never see it again.

      When adding an internet service to my mobile plan, I was assured that they could merge my accounts into one bill. They sent me monthly texts with the combined amount of my internet and phone plan leading me to believe my services were accounted for under one bill as I requested, which I had paid.
      Then, it turns out my mobility bill was overpaid by hundreds of dollars and they were trying to seek money for the internet account, which they created separately, despite saying they could merge the accounts.
      They then proceeded to call me 5 times a day for months, harassing me about the money. Not only this, but I would be on hold for close to an hour until they just drop my call or transfer me to the generic customer service in another country who had no idea about the issue and had to start from square 1.
      I closed my mobility account and told them I would pay the internet when they cut me cheque for my mobility credits, which were more than my internet bill. I have been a customer for over 15 years and they have done nothing but waste hours and hours of my time. They wanted me to overpay by hundreds of dollars and wait 4-6 weeks for their cheque to come in the mail. Insanity.
