I called Bell to pay off the remaining fee on my mobile phone which also included a $30 penalty. The money was taken out of my **** credit card. The next 2 bills I noticed that I was still charged a monthly device payment. I called to inquire about the discrepancy and was told that Bell attempted but was unable complete the request. Instead of notifying me and crediting back my **** they chose to credit my Bell account the money. When I requested that they wave the penalty fee for the inconvenience, I was told they couldn’t do that. So you are telling me that your core values to operate with honesty & integrity to take responsibility to deliver on your promises means “sorry for not communicating our error and choosing to use your money how we deem by crediting your Bell account and not transferring back onto your ****” I get mistakes happen but communicate is suppose to be your specialty.

**** *** **** ***** ******* ***** ******** ******** ******* ******* ***** There’s always miscommunication between their service reps who also do nothing to keep you as a customer. I asked to cancel a service on my account back in November, and found out in January when I called again that the account was still active. **** *** ****** ******** make a note on my account or do it as I ask for it to be done please. Why do I have to find out a few months later that I’ve been paying for a line i requested to be cancelled. * ***** *** *** **** ********* ***** *******. I recently subscribed to Bell Canada Mobility services.
In the package I received 1000 long distance minutes.Which I am unable to use,due to bugs in the phone App.
1.In the month of March due to a glitch or update to the App,my long distance minutes was showing that it was completed, while I still had 500 munites left.Which I came to know after speaking to a Bell Canada representative.
2.In April I accidentally made a long distance call to a country which was not in the long distance package.
Now my long distance is showing that I used 1 minute extra.Meaning I used 1001 minute.
3.I again spoke with a Bell Canada representative and came to learn I still have 540 long distance minute.
4.The Bell Canada representative assured me that the issue with the glitch in the Phone App would be reporting. It has been a week, with no results.
5.If I can't enjoy the free 1000 long distance minute, then what's the use of having it.Bell Canada's long distance rates are very high.Which starts from $3 per minute.
6.I have been with **** many years but had not observed any bugs in there phone App

They promised me Canada wide SMS messaging on my new activation which has never worked properly, even after seven calls to their tech support. ** *** ****** ** ******* Bell and the other two have given themselves a $5 per month raise ($3.50 for existing customers, their way of saying thank you). The only positive here was the phone: $288 brand new ****** ** * **** *** ****** in 2021. It, at least, still works well.
Before I jump ship, I wonder what, if anything, Bell will do to keep my business.

In April of 2023 my husband and I both got the ****** ***** *****. In November mine had stopped working the screen would flash and turn off. I called bell and was told they would mail me a box to send the phone in for repairs as it was still under warranty. It took three weeks to get the box in the mail. I sent the phone in and received a replacement phone at the end of December. This phone worked for maybe 2 weeks and the same thing was happening. The screen would start flashing and turn white and green. I made sure the phone was up-to date on updates, I factory reset the phone and still nothing. I can't use the phone as I can't see the screen. I called Bell and they told me they would just send me another refurbished phone, or I could call ****** to see if they would replace it. I no longer have the original phone and didn't think ****** would help with a refurbished phone that is a year and a half old. I called ****** and they were very helpful and just needed some paperwork from Bell stating they replaced my phone with this refurbished phone. The paperwork Bell had sent me, they had put the wrong IMEI number on it. I called Bell told them I was trying to deal with ****** to get help with a phone since they won't. I ask if they could correct their mistake on the paper and if it could be emailed to me. They said they don't do that and would escalate my call and would receive a call back on Monday, I had called on Thursday. The following Thursday I called back as they had not. Still no answers for what they can do. All I needed was the correct paperwork to send to ******. I was told we can help you pay to get out of your contract. I told them I wasn't paying a cent as this isn't my fault or my problem. I was told again we will escalate your call and call you back in 7 days. So here we are near the end of February, and I still don't have a working phone that I am paying for every month and Bell won't do a thing for me!

I activated my line with bell about 2 months ago and never requested to blacklist my device. I have asked to have it unlocked as I paid for my device in full from my own country from the ***** Store. Upon my arrival bell blacklisted my phone and locked me to their carrier. I am a little unclear to why they locked me to their company. They told me I need to stay with them for 60 days then I could have my phone unlocked.

Terrible mobility service. Been with Bell for 5 years. ***** ******* ******** * **** ***** They dont honor their contract and there is never a supervisor when you want one. They raise rates without notice and will shut your outgoing calls down if you are even 20 dollars in the arrears. They send texts with a warning date to pay by and a date, but still deactivate your phone 4 to 5 days prior their notice date then *** about it. **** ****** ** * *****

I got a $2000 phone bill for my last month service. When I called in and what they told me is since I moved out the service before the billing cycle end, they prorated the data allowance and that $2000 is my extra usage for the month. And also I still have an extra phone line under this account, and I temporarily suspended due to the person is oversea and will not be back in a few months. One rep told me it will be $30 charge to keep the line, but no, still $80 for no usage at all. I have been sick and tired negotiating. * **** **** ***** *** ** **** ** ****** *** **** *** *** ***** * **** * **** **** ******* ****** *** ****** * *** ***** ********* **** **** * **** **** *********

** * *** **** ***** **** * ********** I signed up 4 accounts with Bell, been their customers for over 3 years, and agreed to have 20g of data each account, if go beyond the amount, there won’t be any charges, just slower speed of data. This company is operating without any integrity. Even with written texts clearly stated on the Bell app, no extra charge yet I’m getting charged $150 for going over 1g in of the account. Just because they all linked together. **** **** **** ****** *** **** ******** ****************
