      I contacted the manufacturer directly and got a part number for "reliable parts" and they still shipped the part for the wrong model. After numerous back and forth emails, I still had to call to get them to ship the correct part and after taking all my information they simply forgot to process the order. The icing was that they wouldn't take their mistake back as it had been over 30 days and their customer service department has ignored three voice mails or answered my calls and transferred me to their manager who was too busy to take my call or return my voicemails* ********** ************ * **** ** ***** *** ****** *** ***** **** * **** **** **** ****** **** ********* *********

      Needed a simple little appliance part.
      First call to Reliable- waited on hold for 30 minutes. Gave up.
      Second call: Customer Service transferred me around and I was told I should order the part through the appliance store.
      Third call: called the Appliance store and they transferred my call to Reliable Parts. Waited 20 minutes on hold listening to terrible music. No one answered.
      Fourth call: someone answered and told me the part would take 4-6 weeks and maybe longer. Couldn’t tell me anything more than that, so I decided to see if I could get it from ********** (across the border from me.) That didn’t work. They suggested I call Reliable Parts.
      Fifth call to Reliable: finally a customer service rep who said they had two in stock and I would get the part in ten days. So I ordered and paid for the part.
      Sixth communication with Reliable Parts: received an email saying my order has been paid and ****** **** would deliver in about five days.
      Seventh call to Reliable Parts: ten days have gone by and no sign of the part. Eighth call: Customer Service now says they had two available from the supplier but they have to wait for the part to arrive in their warehouse and that usually takes 20 days. He continues to say that I will receive the part in about 25 more days.
      Does anyone at Reliable Parts know how to run a business???
      I have completely lost faith that I will ever see this part!
      Time for new management at Reliable Parts!!!
