    Hi, I would just like to say that before contacting you I have been trying to settle this with the company for many years now. I had work done by Belfor through my insurance company after I experienced flooding. They did some work to my ceiling a couple of years later the taping work on the ceiling started to come undone. I asked them to come and repair this work as it was still under warranty. I had someone come out and look at it and they said it would be covered and they would come and fix it. They never did. I have text messages and emails dating back years ago. They have gone through many different property managers over the years and each one I contacted had come out to my house and say they would fix it. They never did. Now they are saying that the warranty is expired. If they had come to do they work 3 years ago when I had asked them the warranty wouldn’t have been expired. I am beyond frustrated because I keep getting the run around from the different managers that I have dealt with. I have text messages and emails to prove that I reached out to the company years ago, but now they won’t even get back to me. I have already sent them multiple emails and texts as well as pictures. I would just like them to complete the repairs like they said they would in the first place. I’ve attached only a few of the emails and texts and emails exchanged but you can see how many people I have tried to contact to have this resolved over the years.
