1 starI would give them zero stars if that was a choice. I was dumb enough to assume that our builder would only deal with reputable contractors but I was wrong. Vista Services are legalized loan sharks. We paid for our water heater many times over before it stopped working after 7 and a bit years. We still have almost 3 years left on this loan shark contract. Putting in an escalation clause for a water heater rental is ridiculous but they have. 2.5% per year. Do the compounding for this for ********************************************************* ever will sign. No one will ever stick a contract under my nose and give me 2 minutes to sign it ever again. After my experience with this shady, immoral, unethical company it will never happen to me again. If you hear the words Vista Services, run away, don't walk.Review fromLisa C

1 starWe have been with this company since we got our house. We never met with them, they have never called. They dealt exclusively with our builder. 7 years into our hot water tank rental, it stopped working. We call them, it takes 2 days for someone to come and see the tank to determine if we need a new one or if they will repair it. Of course, in the meanwhile we do not have any hot water. The guy comes 2 days later and decides we need a new tankless heater. he informs us that will take a few days to get approval and no timeline for tank. a few days later he calls back and says it will take a week for the tank. OBVIOUSLY going 2 weeks without hot water in march (or ever really) in NOT acceptable so I call another HVAC supplier and in 4 hours we have a new tankless hot water up and running. When the guy from previous company calls we tell them that we don't need the tank, they can keep it. So company has no product in our home but somehow thinks we should continue to pay them. The new tank is about 3times the size of the previous one and likely the reason the previous one broke in 7 yrs. They are a terrible company.. stay far away.Review fromFareed B

This is a company will rip you off! We bought a house with 6 months left in the 120 month contract (April 2023). I called to find out why they are still charging us. They say it's in the fine print that we continue to pay until we call to cancel. What kind of company continues to charge you even though you have used them for anything?.....Vista Services. They will not reimburse us for the past 2 years, and of course they don't have a record of my call from July 2023. Do not do business with Vista Services because they are stealing money from you. It should be zero stars!

I am sorry for your disappointment in the month to month payments at the end of term that are part of our contracts. This continues your service and parts warranty included in the monthly fee during this period. 1 starVista is a horrible company! I have a gas leak on their sub-standard equipment and you can't get a hold of anyone. Any gas related appliance should have an emergency number and someone to talk to - not "leave a message." They installed a gas water heater in an area which is a bedroom, which is also a problem. 1 starAbsolutely horrible service! I'm moving & need to speak to someone about canceling my rental service. No one returns calls and impossible to navigate website. I will be putting stop payment on this immediately. Biggest scam going with the builder. I never wanted this service to begin with. Argument from the beginning. Zero stars!Review fromAubrey M

1 starI am a ******* with a private landlord. I was previously paying my unit's water heater rental fee though my natural gas bill. When ******** announced that they would discontinue third party billing, vista services sent me a threatening email, claiming to be a second attempt to reach out to me to set up a PAP.I refused pointing out that I am a *******, and did not feel comfortable giving a third party who I had not signed a contract with direct access to my chequing account. They relented and allowed me to set them up as a payee with my bank.I have been paying the invoices they have been sending me directly in full and on time for several months. Yesterday they sent an email to my landlord, addressed to me, claiming that I have an outstanding balance which they have been trying to reach me about, and that they will send to collections if I do not pay right away.I have no record of any missed payments, and no correspondences from Vista other than my monthly bills, which they have been sending directly to me.Review fromBehda A.

1 starVery Poor Customer ****************************** installed a rental tankless water heater in my house in Aug.2023. After 6 months on Feb.2024, the water heater stopped working. 1 starI got a home with a hot water tank with them.. I called them soooooooo many time and even email them and NO ONE I mean it NO ONE got back to me at all now I have the old owers of the house asking for money and I wanna know how much I owe them but these guys won't get back to me at all!!!! Do not get nothing with company because u won't be able to get ahold of anyone! Not a good service at all! Not impress and will never get a hot water tank with these guys. I'll go somewhere else when I need a new one!
