We have used Francis Home Environment for our heating and air conditioning for years. We had them install a new gas furnace and new A/C in 2016 and we were completely satisfied with the quality of work. And, we have always had their technician, ********************* do our maintenance. ***** is experienced and knowledgeable and we trust him because he has given us sound advice in the past. He does the job efficiently, always answers our questions and explains things. He has done a great job maintaining our heating and cooling. Plus hes a really nice guy!We recently moved to a bungalow and had ***** come to check out the heating and cooling here. He did that for us and reassured us that everything was okay. Once again he gave us great advice regarding maintenance and care which we will follow.Francis Home Environment Heating & Air Conditioning

We had our bi-annual inspection carried out today - Tuesday the 25th of June 2024, our service technician was ******* from Francis Home Environment Heating & Air Conditioning. He was very professional and courteous, he performed his inspection in and outside in a very timely manner and at the end explained the results of his inspection. The annual maintenance of our furnace and air conditioner was carried out in a professional manner. Although both systems are rather old, their efficiency and effectiveness is admirable.
