The Duct Cleaning Team showed up on time, worked very efficiently, and with a minimum of intrusion given nature of work. We had been reluctant to do our duct cleaning following a less impressive job by an different service provider years ago. I would highly recommend the Francis Home service anytime.

*********************** was our maintenance technician. Professional and kind. He was very thorough doing a yearly furnace check up. He is the first technician to check the outside exhaust pipes (I used different companies prior. Will stick with Francis from now on)If I could request to have ****** every year, I will FYI: I called this morning for an appointment. ****** arrived around 3:00 pm same day.
