    This company and the owner ******* ********* defrauded us for $35000. We hired him to do an addition to our home in Ottawa. He pressured me to give deposits that amounted to a total of $35000. No work or service has been provided by this contractor. NOTHING, the only time he visited the property was to collect the money. We had hired another company to do the permits for the attachment and the permits were declined and the project was completely cancelled. This contractor is now keeping the $35000. I have filed a police report and Ottawa Police have confirmed he has been involved in multiple other fraud related crimes and will be arrested once their investigation is completed. We are pursuing him via small claims court as well but he seems to have experience with avoiding the court, move money around from bank to bank, send funds abroad etc. We have found from the court that he's had multiple lawsuits in the past and has another lawsuit currently ongoing for similar fraud case.
