We can't say enough about our entire moving experience with First Rate Movers. The guys were efficient, professional and patient, and did a top-notch quality move. We had difficulties getting vacant access to our home so had to put our contents in storage for an undetermined amount of time and changed our move date numerous times. **** was amazing throughout our ordeal offering sound advice and alleviating much of our stress. He even offered us a ****** option merely days before our move, taking a huge weight off of our shoulders. They are all around an exceptional company to deal with!

We recently used First Rate Movers, and the service we received was nothing short of impeccable, from beginning to end. We received a detailed cost estimate, and our move was completed for less than the amount quoted. The movers arrived on time and were very quick and efficient. They took care to protect our belongings, and everything arrived at the destination in perfect condition. These are professional movers who obviously take great pride in the work they do. We used First Rate six years ago and when we moved again this past summer, I never considered booking any other moving service. Couldn't be happier with our experience on both occasions. The movers arrived on time and finished ahead of schedule. They take great care to protect both properties and all belongings. They did an outstanding job moving us out of our old home and into our new home. It took 4.5 hours total. They were polite, courteous and a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend them if you're moving.First Rate Movers Ottawa

The crew showed up exactly on time and proceeded to lay down protective mats on the floor. While one crew member wrapped the furniture in protective blankets, the other two loaded everything that didn't need to be wrapped. They were finished loading and on the way in about an hour.At my new residence they repeated the process with the mats, and my furniture was safely in place in my new home in about an hour. There was very little mess, no damage, and absolutely no marks on the walls at either location. I was very surprised at this. I would use them again in a heartbeat, and would gladly recommend them to anyone. They were true professionals.First Rate Movers Ottawa
