This was the best move experience I ever had and I've moved a lot. The movers were nice, moved quickly and efficiently. My things were protected.I'd 100% recommend this company. I'll be their client next time.

This was my second time moving with First Rate Movers and both experiences have been excellent. Planning the move was easy. There was excellent communication and a genuine desire to do the best job possible. The movers were friendly and efficient. I had large, heavy items and they managed them easily without any issue. Not a single item was damaged. I would strongly recommend them and plan to use them again next time I move.First Rate Movers Ottawa

Fantastic service! I was stressed about how they would manage in the very small and finicky elevator of my old apartment building but it was no issue at all. My furniture was wrapped with care and moved efficiently. The staff across the board was friendly and professional. I was hesitant to hire movers after a bad experience, but after many reviews and quotes, I was impressed with the company and I'm so glad I did! **** was very easy to communicate and coordinate with for my move. The crew was early, called to give me a heads up that they were on their way and when theyd arrive, and were nothing but personable, kind and very well organized. The move itself went extremely smooth and much quicker than I anticipated, my furniture and belongings were wrapped and handled with care, and I didnt have to worry about a thing! Top Notch!!I have used this company for my own move and have referred them to friends and recently to move my mother from her 2 bedroom apartment.Their attention to detail is amazing. Excellent service. Very professional. Clean mats on floors. They went the extra mile for us. Our daughter was moving out and taking the bed with her. At our request They moved a bed up from yhe basement and, without having to ask, assembled it! Highly recommendFirst Rate Movers Ottawa

I hihly recommend First Rate Movers to anyone seeking to move their household belongings. The 3-man crew was very quick, careful and efficient in loading all our furniture and belongings into the truck in Manotick, moving them to downtown ******, and unloading things into our "new" home. The men were very careful with everything and finished the entire move in under 6 hours. The cost was reasonable and in fact lower than the original quote. I was really impressed with the level of professionalism exhibited by the team of First Rate Movers. They were on time, fast, efficient, courteous and above all careful with my possessions.The move was accomplished fast, there was no damage to my possessions and they placed items where requested. The First Rate Movers team is very professional. They were time, as well as very courteous and careful in the house. The team was patience and understanding especially when we asked them to remove an item and placed it in another location. The move was faster than I had expected and very efficient.
