    We engaged A&B Paving to rip up the old driveway, lay down a new bed of crushed stone and pave the driveway at ************************* in September, 2022. By the Spring of 2023, the asphalt has caved in in multiple locations along the driveway around window *****.We sent over 12 emails to the company beginning in April 2023 asking the company to come and repair the issue. In May, the company stated that they had a work order created for the repair but did not provide a specific date for when the work would be undertaken. We followed ** in late May and June for updates on when the work would be done. On June 27th we received a confirmation from *******************, the President of the company, that the work would be undertaken in August as the company would be in the area. In July and throughout August we asked for updates and didn't receive any. On September 5th and 15th I sent additional emails asking for an update and have not received any responses whatsoever.

    Was able to pin down the owner and speak to him about this complaint.
    We are in the area of the city tomorrow and the day after and we can go to the address to assess and repair.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

    having said that, I have received this kind of response from them before and there has been a failure to act.   Hopefully, this time the issue will be addressed.
