Excellent service from ******** (***). Cleared a drain blockage and provided some good advice and ideas for prevention. This is our second visit from ***, and we would be happy to recommend her highly, as well as OOTW.

**** came to install our toilet but ended up spending a lot of extra time with me answering other plumbing related questions I had and identifying potential issues in my home. He was very helpful and informative and explained things in a very clear way, and provided quotes and advice without any kind of upselling or pressure. His work on the toilet was impeccable and we will certainly use this company again and request ****.Out Of This World Plumbing

Over the years we have had very positive experiences with OOTWP. Their plumbers are prompt, professional and always helpful. Their trucks are fully equipped and if they do not have the part in their vehicle, they find it. From the moment we phone for service, we are greeted by a very pleasant staff member. All the work they perform is covered by a great warranty. We believe in supporting a local business who gives back to the community in many ways. We have had work done by Out of this World Home Services both recently and in previous years. Having a very detailed estimate is nice and knowing that the technicians are well qualified and the company is fully insured is comforting. All staff who have visited have always been friendly, professional, smart and have taken every step to protect our home while undertaking their work. It is also nice to know that the company supports many of the local pet charities in the area.Out Of This World Plumbing

Have used Out of this World Plumbing for over 3 years. Today upgraded my toilet in the powder room. The service kept me informed of expected arrival of the plumber. The work requested was completed in a timely manner. The plumber was polite, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Cleaned up after himself prior to leaving the premises. We had our water tank replaced, and Out Of This World provided quotes for a variety of options and outlined the advantages and disadvantages of each. They were able to book installation within a week, and were prompt and professional, letting us know each step of the process, maintenance that we need to do, and left the area clean and tidy.
