    We called safari plumbing since we had a water leak in our bathroom. After the plumber showed up, he confirmed the cause is 100% the upstairs bathroom toilet seal and need to be fixed. He also mentioned that no need to open the wall to check other causes.
    I did sign on the job to fix the toilet seal. He finished the work on the seal and then we find the next day after more testing the exact leak still exists. I opened the dry wall and the problem was clearly in a leaky pipe and the fix of the seal is useless. We called them several times since we paid 500$ for the fix and just wanted them to fix the issue. The response of the plumber was completely dishonest that since you signed on the authorization to change seal, we won’t do anything for you unless you pay again from scratch.

    We are sorry that your leak continued after we replaced your wax seal. We fully warranty our work, unfortunately you told us that the leak was not coming from the seal we replaced. We offered to return for further repair and diagnostics. I do understand your frustration last night in not allowing us to return. I am hoping the technician there today will be able provide you a solution.
