    These guys are a total scam. Gave them one-half of their estimate to fix windows. They never showed up. Same story as so many others. Why are these guys still doing this? I guess because of dum ***** like me!

    AVOID! They recommended drilling 2 holes in each of our 5 double glazed bay window panels. While doing it they poured some dirty liquid in between the panels causing the permanent stain in each of the 5 windows. Now the windows look dirty, the stains are inside and can't be cleaned. I contacted them several times - no response.I got ******************: the drilling of the holes was a stupid idea and destroyed good windows, the dirty residue can't be removed and I need to replace the panes. Cost - 6000$.Adding the 1,400$ I already paid for their terrible job, I have been conned out of over 7,000$!

    WARNING! READ BEFORE YOU GIVE THEM ANY MONEY!!!My experience is EXACTLY the same as *************** ordered my window Sept 30th 2022. Asked December for an update, and told someone would contact me in January. No response. Contacted again in February, said my window was on the way. In march they claimed my window was in their warehouse. But in April a Tech came BACK to my place to measure the window. Now they are saying the window was delivered April 14th (I saw a copy of a purchase order with that date). Emailed once - said the techs vehicle had broken down and would be fixed on the weekend. Emailed again, no response. I've given up hope of ever seeing my window or my money.

    Recommendation: Strongly advise against placing an order with this company.Rating: 0/5 - ************ informed us that our order would be ready for installation within four to six weeks.- It has been nearly six months and no installation has taken place.- The customer service line is outsourced and does not connect you with the company owners.- ********** produce strange excuses, fanciful timelines, and broken promises to call with updates.- Thought it was reasonable to expect company provide a refund.- I was informed that it is company policy to not issue any refunds. I was not provided with any paperwork indicating I consented to the company policy. I am not even convinced that the glass has been cut given the seemingly, never-ending backlog.- Bottom-line: in nearly six months, no installation has taken place and no money will be refunded. - This is tantamount to stealing.

    September 15, 2022, company representative (******) came to my home to take measure of window to be replaced. Representative assured me that it would take 4 max weeks to receive window once I provided a 50% deposit. I was informed that once my window arrived a date and time for installation within a week and take only 20 minutes to replace. After representative left, in about 10 minutes I received an invoice from 'FreshBooks' with a Cc. to *********************** for 50% of cost. I have followed up on the status of my order via text message on Nov. 16 and received a response from company representative (*****) that my window would be delivered on Nov. 25 and the installation would be scheduled the following week. I emailed ***********************, and ***** (info*****************) on Dec. 13 asking for a status update and received a reply the technician was on holiday and will return Jan. 1, 2023. I followed up with a text to ***** on Jan 16, 2023, for a status update. Still no response. I sent ***** another text on Jan. 24th asking about status. I asked about the status of my window, and he indicated "they" were having supply issues, but my window should be in end of January. I asked ***** about installation time and ***** said he was the only installer working but once the window arrived it would take about 1 hour to replace. I asked again about when my window was to be replaced ***** wouldn't confirm or that it was ordered but indicated he'd get back to me next week. During these correspondence exchanges with Window Medics l had the opportunity to read ALL the complaints and noticed my issue is exactly like others. As of, February 8, 2023, we are still waiting!!! Call center said they will contact us for the 7th time.

    All in all it was a ******************* company to deal with. The installer ***** was great and he get 5 stars. The salesman was a little weak and made a few mistakes but ***** rectified the situation, and life goes on, with new windows of course.

    In October we had one of our bay windows defogged. The result of the technician *****'s work was quite amazing. Within a few minutes of ***** completing the work, the fogging started to disappear. ***** explained the the full defogging process would take about 3 weeks. I am pleased to say we now have a very clear window. Therefore I can definitely recommend Window Medics.

    So far not very impressed with this company. We requested the company to replace a fogged picture window and they came up on August 18th and measured the window and requested 50% down. I paid them 630 dollars and they told me that the window will be 3-6 weeks before the job can be started. No problem with the delay but I have been unable to get ahold of the technician and when I have contacted anyone else within the company I have been told that "my message will be forwarded to the technician". Basically, this is just a run around with little due diligence. I will attempt one more time to contact this company then if I have no success, other measures will be sought. if they can't do the job in a timely manner or at least contact the client, then a refund should be issued.
