    I was swindled into a chair at this outlet in the mall after being lourd there by the sales person. He started talking and removing my makeup without my consent and putting product on my face. At that point I felt trapped and could not leave until the product was fully removed from my face. Two sales people continues to compliment and react and talk about the product but would not remove it from my face u Tim I agreed to purchase. This continues for well over 2 hours even after telling them multiple times I had to go. They had half my face with product and half with my makeup. I looked horrible and felt trapped. They took me for over $2000 that I want back as I don’t have that kind of money to spend. I’m in need of resolution quickly. I have to product and am willing to return it asap.

    I visited Natural Blossom for the first time on Dec 1st,2022. I was approached by an employee David who was handing out samples of soap at the entrance of the store. He began talking about skin care and what my daily routine had been for my face and before I knew, he had convinced me to sit and receive a demonstration with the *********** skin care line that was offered at the store. David was ********* knowledgeable about the products , explaining in detail everything he was going to apply to my face. I was in the store for probably close to 45minutes and the results were almost instant. He had eliminated the dark circles under my eyes as well as reducing the laugh lines on my face. I was impressed however the prices of these products were ********* expensive so ******* *** ******** **** *****, I thanked him and told him I would need to think things over before I would consider purchasing the products.

On December 3rd,2022 I decided to stop in at Natural Blossom when I headed home from work. David was working that day and helped me with my purchase of the items which had been demonstrated on the previous visit. My initial purchase was $813.60. David had spoken to the owner Joseph with regards to getting me a discount on my purchaser which would’ve totalled $1699 before tax ** ****** ********** *** * ****** ***** ***** ** * ******* * *** ******* * ***** ****. Joseph began speaking with me at this point , having me sit once again for another demo. He yelled across the store to David stating that he was going to do the “skin test” on me to see whether I qualified for this particular product.  He applied a product on my face and explained that this would be a 2 step process to determine whether my face held enough elasticity. He explained that upon application of the 2nd cream, I should be able to feel some sort of reaction immediately, he never said what this reaction would be. ** **** ** ** **** ** **** ** ************* *** ** **** * ***** **** ******* **** *** ***** *** ************* *** *** **** *** ***** He also said that he stood behind his product line and if an individual couldn’t pass this skin test, he wouldn’t be able to sell this product as it wouldn’t work on everyone. ******** ** **** I passed this test as I felt a warm feeling immediately once applied. The owner also handed me a sharpie marker to write down the instructions on each of the boxes he was selling me ***** * ***** ******* *** ****** * ***** ** **** ****** ** * ***** **** ** **** ***** ** ***** ****** ******* *** ********* ******** after returning home with the products, I read the labels and directions only to find out that that particular cream was a thermal mask. It would cause the skin to feel warmth regardless. I’d also like to add that all the instructions I copied down in the store were no way the same as what the directions on the boxes said. After a week and a half, I saw no results , no improvements, nothing. So I went to return my products on dec 16th and was told by the girl working that only the owner handled complaints/returns and he wasn’t in that particular day. Over the course of the next week, I called to speak with the manager on 2 separate occasions yet ************ never got through.

    On December 16th, I called the ****** bank ***** department to open an investigation.
