    This company practices high pressure selling. The before and after pictures of potential clients is very extremely misleading. In my opinion I believe the pictures are filtered or altered. The claim of the discount offered for the product is not displayed for all customers to review. Pricing is strictly verbal. The total spend for the skin care product purchased is $7K CAD. The facial that was promised by a senior esthetician was completed by the owner in less time than promised. Then the owner recommended to purchase a device for $10K CAD that will enhance the previous purchased skin care products. When I advised that will not pay without consent. The price was dropped to $2,8K CAD. No purchase to date of the device. I have been using the skin products for a month and do not see any difference. Do not recommend.

    My experience in the Natural Blossom store on Bloor St, Toronto, is the same as what happens in Niagara Falls: non-stop talking, aggressive pitching of very expensive creams and ‘red light’ gizmos. Like other older women I can be vulnerable to anti-aging talk and I’m very embarrassed that I left the store with $350 on my credit card, then immediately regretted it. When I tried to return everything untouched I was told they had a no return policy. The company has not responded to two letters seeking a refund. How is there a no return policy when the item is not on sale or when they did not tell the customer at the time of sale? **** *** ********* ***** *

    I appreciate that they are trying to make sales. However they're very aggressive in their sales tactics
    when I was leaving the ****** theatre after picking up my free tickets at 129pm
    I found their sales tactics a little too pushy, and slightly **********. I politely explained to the guy several times **** * *** **** **** ** *** *********** * ********* that I had no money to buy. He still insisted on ******* ** ***** and demanded to know how I would pay for the nail kit via debit or credit card.
    I felt really uncomfortable.
    Respectfully your customers should not be strong armed into buying stuff

    Do not be taken in by the rhetoric of the sales people at this store as I was. They look for older women and men and lure them inside. First you get complemented on your skin and asked to sit in chair. Product is applied to dark circles/bags and eye area lifted. Of course, it looks better in a few minutes. When told that nothing can be done for dark circles , they disagree. Then they use other anti-aging products and give your face a non surgical "face lift". These products do lift your skin and appear in the 5 minutes it is on your face to give you that face lift. The part that is a ****** is that when they see your reluctance to spend the exorbitant amount for these products, they tell you they will give them to you at cost which they did. They show you on their register the normal retail price of $5,000 but give everything to you for $1,200. When credit card did not work first time as it was deemed a suspicious charge, then used another card. That card sends an email requesting approval. Did not have my **** with me to turn down charge and it was charged to my card. My facial skin was red and burning for hours. They said it was normal. NO REFUNDS. *********** stands behind their on line products with a refund guarantee. But it appears they do not stand by independent stores that sell their products.

    Please be very careful when shopping in this store. I agreed to purchase some products for around $300, then as we kept talking I actually ended up with more product so he charged my card a second time for quite a bit more, which I had agreed to but it was to include all the products as 1 package. But I felt uneasy about the first charge of $300 so I questioned the salesperson several times about the first charge. He told me he had cancelled it, which in fact he had not. I told him I felt that he had in fact charged my card and he said no, it was never charged. I am still trying to get my money back. * **** ** *** ********* *** * **** **** *** ***** ************ ** *** **** ******** *** **** **** *********.
