I recently visited this Kia dealership to address a recall issue with my seat. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. After the service, I discovered that my radio was no longer functioning. I immediately returned to the dealership, where they spent about half an hour inspecting my vehicle but claimed they found nothing wrong.
When I requested documentation of the events and their inspection, the service personnel were unwilling to provide any paperwork or record of what had transpired. This lack of transparency and accountability is deeply concerning.
Frustrated but left with no other option, I departed the dealership and headed to a nearby ******. To my dismay, my car wouldn't start when I tried to leave. I had to get a jump start and ultimately ended up purchasing a new battery. Prior to this visit, I had never experienced any issues with my battery or needed a jump start.
It is incredibly disappointing that my battery was completely broken after my first visit to this dealership. The lack of accountability, resolution, and proper documentation from their service team has left me questioning their ********** *** customer care. I would not recommend this dealership based on my experience.

******* ********** ********** ******** *********. We purchased a new 2023 Forte. Love the car, but this dealership adds a $3,590.00 ($4,056.70 with tax) for “ceramic coating, undercoating, road hazard insurance, wheel locks, and a nitrogen package PLUS $599.00 “document fee” to every new car they sell.
When questioned about this, the financial services manager **** right to our face stating the car came from the factory like this. *** **** ******* **** **** * ***** ** *** *** ***** *********
A few weeks later we went to the *** ********** KIA dealer to shop for a new Sportage. All these “options” were OPTIONAL! The *** *********** sales staff started to laugh when I told them the story and confirmed no cars come from the factory like this.
Makes me question if we even received ceramic coating, undercoating and nitrogen based on this ********* behaviour.
