    ****** **** **** *** ***** ******* *****. You give your money with no return or anything. Big waste of time and money. **** ******* ** ** ******** ******* ***** The issue is, they charge an additional fee for an "online" element that's around $300/yr. We tried to cancel this in 2020 as there is no value in it, by sending a cancellation notice to our rep at the time via email. Apparently this person was no longer at the company their emails were not forwarded (somehow our fault). In 2021 they automatically took the payment off our credit card (unknowingly), and then in 2022 tried again but were denied due to the card expiring. So, they called for payment, at which time we were surprised to hear from them as we thought it was cancelled. We informed them of the cancellation request in 2020 which they then stated was not received because the person was no longer at the company and that it was our fault for not following up to ensure the email was received (cause we all have excessive time to see if the recipient received our emails). They have now agreed that the email was received but still want 50% of the payment, for a service we have not wanted since day 1. This company has zero concern for customer satisfaction, in fact they force people to do business with them and hide under lenghty contracts.
