    This agency has been ********* ** ** calling me at least once a week for a debt that I don't own. I have an excellent and clean credit score so I don't know where they dug up this debt from. All I know is that I don't owe any money to any business. I blocked all their numbers, but they are still able to leave me a voice mail, which is annoying. I can continue to ignore them, but I shouldn't have to deal with this issue.
    I want them to cease and desist all contact with me immediately.

    Calling me repeatedly for a debt that is not mine!! Why call my # when I say I am not the person you're looking for. This has been happening for 6 months.
    PLEASE CEASE AND DESIST ALL CALLS AND CONTACT WITH ME IMMEDIATELY.

    Terrible customer service. I have been trying to get a last statement from them and they keep ignoring me and giving me the run around. Or answering me with 1 sentence emails and never addressing my only need which is a closing statement emailed to me. When I call they try to rush you off the phone without hearing you.

    ******* * ***** I got an email from that claiming I owe $97 to my phone company. I do not. I am still with them. My phone is not disconnected and I have 2000 credit with the phone company towards a new phone. They're trying to get money out of me for a non-existent debt. ***** ***** **** *********** *******

    *** ***** ********** ****** ** ******* ** *** ** ******** **** **** ********** GO DIRECTLY TO THE CREDITOR THEY ARE VERY ***** ****** *** UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!! I HAVE DEALT WITH OTHER AGENCIES AND THEY WERE GREAT TO WORK WITH (I had a pleasant experience and learned a lot from the others) BUT THESE GUYS OPERATE LIKE THOSE **** AGENCIES.

    I understand no one likes collection agencies but this is the most unprofessional group of people I have ever experienced. One employee christeen **** continued to yell at me on the phone because I wasn't understanding the settlement they offered/payment plan. They say they can't do this/that. Then when you go to hang up because nothing else can be done, they all of a sudden have the means to help. ********** ********

    **** ***** ** ****** I get a call on my cell phone from ***** ******* **** ****. I have blocked this number for suspicious calls quite some time ago for the simple reason that the caller would not leave a message and I was not able to connect upon redialing the number.
    Well, today, 2023JUN28 things were different. My phone blocked the call but a message WAS left. The voice was a female that spoke perfect English. Her message was that she was calling on behalf of *****; that she was from Debt Control Agency and that there was a Case Number assigned to me. She left the following number... ***** **** *** ****** ****.
    I called back the number she left and seemed to have reached the same female. She wanted my name and address before going any further. I told her that she called me and that I had a case number to discuss. She refused to continue the call.
    I went on line and found this website.... ********************************** ** ***** ****** *********** But none of the three regional offices had a phone number that matched either that shown on call display or the number she left. I was calling the Kelowna, BC office but got a male who spoke in a thick accent. He would not answer any questions unless I divulged my name, address and date of birth. I declined and that ended. **** ***** ** ** ******** **** ****** *** ** ***** *******

Keep on getting calls on an old debt that theu provide no proof of and today i get a threatening email from them the bebt apparently is from 2017...not even sure they can do that..**** ** ** ********* ** youve already ruined my credit and keep doing so. Yoy wont get a red cent out of me. This comoany should b investigated as i dont think they are abiding by the rules governing them
