    I had collections since 2019 with DCA and they continue to remove and add it back on my credit report. I paid them twice. In 2022 and in 2024 both in which they were contacted by my bank for the collection amounts to be paid in full.

    They removed and added it back to now the earliest date of August 2024 for an amount of $6400.00 but never disclosed this when they were contacted by my bank in July 2024 and was paid $1,815.00 to close my collection acount. . They have heavily impacted my credit score based on this behavior.

    They keep changing the amounts and file number to make it seem as if it is a new loan.

    Said company was collecting a debt which i understand. However this company called me 20 times!! Within 1 Hr yesterday April 23rd! . This is harassment and made me almost call my cell phone provider to get my number changed

    DCA has been calling me non stop about an alleged debt that they say I owe them. It is also being reported on my credit report with file number ********. I had sent them a mail via registered mail through ****** **** with tracking number - ************* which reached their North York office on 11th February. It has been almost 2 months now and I still haven't received the documentation I had requested from them as debt validation request along with a request to cease and desist phone calls. However, rather than giving me the documentation to validate the debt, they still keep calling me non stop. They have violated my consumer right by not stopping their phone calls after failing to respond to my debt validation request. I request that this account be deleted off my credit report from DCA if they were not able to validate the debt and also to compensate me for calling me after cease and desist letter which has caused me serious disturbance while driving. * **** ******** *** ****** * *** **** ** *** **** ******* ****** **** **** ********

    I keep receiving emails by DCA saying i have to pay a huge amout to a company. I see nothing on my credit report and if i did for some reason owe money they have not shown proof and the date of the delinquency. Its none stop harassment from this company and i want it to stop.     First received an email from DCA a few weeks ago. I forwarded the email to my bankruptcy trustee as I had filed, repaid and since been discharged from bankruptcy.

    This debt was absorbed into the bankruptcy as it happened several years before I filed for bankruptcy.

    My trustee has emailed, faxed and tried calling the contact details referenced on their website and emails, and DCA continues to claim that my trustee has not sent them the creditors package.

    My trustee has also Replied to All in emails from a supervisor named **** *. telling DCA to stop all contact with me because they are the trustee and I was protected by my bankruptcy. Yet I continue to get collection emails

    This has been going on for months now!  How is it that you have now just requested the initial loan agreement?  The creditors package was literally sent almost a month ago (** *** *** ****** ******** ** **** *********).  

    When I had initially asked what this loan was for (because I never had a loan with DCA) your representative said they did not know!  And that was more than a month ago!  I asked for clarification and none was ever provided to me… as though I would just pay some random amount without knowing what the original loan was for…. the representative should have immediately figured out that information and provided it to me… and if they did not have it on hand, a reasonable turnaround time of 48 hours I think would have been acceptable…. Not 48 days!

    Why has it taken more than a month and it continues to negatively impact my credit score!  The lack of professionalism is frightening.

    They lack complete professionalism.

    They did not close my file.  I had to go directly to **********. And ********** removed them from my list of open credit accounts.  Not DCA!

    Furthermore, DCA suggested that I would not be receiving and further phone calls.  I never even once received a phone call!  Everything was done through email.  So does that mean they will continue to email me for something that does not exist?!?!

    How about an apology as this file never should have been acted on in the first place and the amount of time, energy and stress I wasted on something that should never have happened to begin with!

    I had a **** ***** loan from 2019, it was sent to collections in 2020. DCA continues to remove and add it back on my credit report. I have proof of the emails sent by them and the constant change of credit report collection dates. They removed and added it back to now the earliest date of 2024. They have heavily impacted my credit score based on this ********* behaviour. I want the original date of first sent to collections dated 2020. Also, they keep changing the amounts and file number to make it seem as if it is a new loan from **** *****. Also, **** ***** sends the collection file to multiple agencies and I have proof of this. All proof is provided with dates.

It is very concerning that this business is BBB accredited because all my communications have been ignored.
