I had required to catch up on multiple years of a corporate tax return for my company and as such, the sales person recommended I get their ifirm solution with the archive option so that would have access to prior years as this would be cheaper. As it was, I agreed. From the get go, I never had access to the 2021 software or 2022 which I had been told I would get access to. i tried multiple times to get this corrected and just got the run around as no one would do anything. I then started getting renewal notices for 2023. I was never told this was a subscription. I have spoken to multiple people who told me they will figure out what to do about my access so I could have 2021 & 2022 access. Then I don't hear from them. This has been going on for months. I expect either to be given access to the software to do 2021 & 2022 programs or they can refund me the $500 + tax I would need to buy the software. My case # is Case #******** and the account # is **********.

    Business Response

    Date: 22/11/2023

We are truly sorry for the unfortunate experience this customer has had. In response to their concerns, we have delved into the key points outlined in the complaint. Our investigation revealed the signed contract indicating the subscription terms, specifying it as a final sale. As a singular exception, we are offering a complete refund to address the issues the customer faced until now.
Although the customer had initially requested a $500 refund plus taxes in their complaint, we are prepared to provide a full refund for the subscription as a gesture of goodwill, aiming to resolve this matter satisfactorily.

We will reach out to the customer within the next business to close this matter off.

Persistent invoicing for charges with no explanation as to what the charges were for. As all my account fees are always paid on time * ****** **** *** ******** **** ** ** **********. At no time in the last 12 months have any of my requests for information been responded to. I am assuming these charges were for a paper manual we did not ask for and actually asked to never be sent ever again as well as a cd (I think) which is also unrequired, unasked for, and unwanted. As Wolters Kluwer refuses to respond with anything but resending me the same invoice I am turning to you in the hopes I can get at least some kind of resolution.
