      Business provided - *** ********* ****** - I have tried contacting them on their number but they are not picking up the call. I left the voice mail as well but haven't heard back from them.
      I have received an email on July 18, 2023 that "you no longer represent WFG" and your **** license is inactive.
      Because I have changed my *** to ****** ********* and have paid *** in full with them.
      However, WFG have not stopped charging me $61/month after July,2023 and have deducted $122 in total(in Aug & Sep).
      I request you to please ask them to REFUND my money($122) and also STOP further deductions from now onwards.

      We had ia insurance from ********** ***** - advisor for WFG in ******, ** for past 2 years, now for past 3 months we been asking him to get this insurance canceled, we have all the proofs for chats and calls. He kept on promising it will not be deducted from this month, saying he will issue all the refund for the insurance money deducted afterwards. But till.this point they have deducted our money, me and my husband both accounts. Both ** and ********* ****.
      Now ********* **** has stopped deducting money but ** still.goes on, we called banks to report it, they won't remove them as ** has to stop.paymnets first. We called ** they says we need to talk with our service advisor, which is not even answering our calls or texts anymore. This is such a sad situation in this time, we are hardly meeting our ends and he is ******* us.

      Please seek a way, so he can refund the money he promised to us and cancel the insurance now. And so he cannot do the same to other innocent people.

      Would like a refund for the assosciate joining fee of 169.50. This was payed on april 20th and it is currently april 26th so I am within the 10 day remorse period.

      I was signed up for WFG from my former collegue from work. She signed me up to be an agent on 23 April, 2023. I trusted her so i shared my card details with her, and i got charged for 172.50 in my card. I dont want to continue with this, and i request this amount to be refunded to me please.

      I was contacted by World Financial Group about a job opportunity. During my first interview with them, I was told that it was a salaried position, doing things like financial consultations and advising. I was charged $157.50 CAD for a background check and a Registration Fee. Leading up to a second interview I was informed that the job was actually entirely commission based, and would be selling insurance and recruiting others into the company. I told them that that was not what I signed up for, and that I wanted a refund. The agent refused to answer me about whether or not a refund was even possible.

      I have been paying $32 dollars a month for 10 years into World Financial Group located at ** *** ** ***** *** ********* ** *** *** 
      When asked to have my funds transfered into my bank account I was told I would not receive the approximate $3800 I should have had saved but that I would only receive just over $600 due to "fees" and insurance. I have no knowledge of signing into any insurance program and *** **** ** ******* this was a savings account that would collect interest. I have asked for all original documents I signed to be sent to me as proof of what I signed up for and the business has refused to disclose any of the paperwork besides the forms to cancel my account.

      One agent from WFG contacted me to join on September 18 so i pay them $157 as they were saying it is opportunity to work from home *** ** **** **** *****. But then they said me to recruit more people which was not discussed before.       A Wfg agent came in and showed me this presentation. And i asked a question is it a network marketing thing he said no. But after being 6-7 months of spending money now i know the whole truth **** ** ** * *** *******. The advisor ****** ******* ***** ** ** recruiting me on this network ****** *** also misinformed me about the life insurance Universal life policy as he said it is savings of 105$ each month and grows at rate of 6% and 15% premium as life insurance cost *** ***** ****** ** ***** i contacted him **** *** ** ** ******* ***** **** **** he said because it is invested in the stock market which he did not mention before and then the premium was actually 48$ that included all other deduction that he misinformed *** **** * ***** *** ***** ** **** **** ** ** ***** This way i lost around 900$ to ***** insurance policy and recruit fee of wfg. ** *** *** **** * ***** ** ******** *** ** **** *** i had no option to close the policy as all the money was first of all at ***** ** stock market and my money kept going down moreover it was a fixed deposit for 10 years which was not told before as well. So i terminated my policy and they kept all my fund money as surrender charges that no one told me about .

      I paid $169.50 to get employee code from WFG but i want my money back because it's been more than 3-4 months I don't find it useful neither am earning anything please refund . i didn't attend any meeting yet. **** * ***** ****** Thank you
