      After explaining to these people that I was renting my home and in the process of moving out they stopped their incessant calling to make me sign up with them, but their daily spam email kept showing up. Notably the email has the word unsubscribe at the bottom but clicking it does nothing. I tried calling them but nobody answered and I was left on please hold for the next agent until I hung up. Eventually I contacted their marketing email provider via ***** ** ************* and I haven’t received any more spam since.

      ***** ***** ******* *** ******* *** **** *******. We leased a hot water on demand it broke down two weeks later with no water they arrived spoke to my husband and said they would replace it... By the time they were done the had all the contracts for a broken furnace a water softener and a tankless hot water tank. They said it was 79.00 per year for each piece for 5 years... I believed I was finished my 5 years when I call to ask about it, they said we signed for 25 years.... I have asked them for a copy of our contracts outlining this which they have never sent me. I would have never agreed to sign for 25 years.
      I have research the costs of these goods A tankless water system are about 3500, a furnace is 4500/7000. (I don't think anything was wrong with our furnace as it was only 14 years old and was working fine. I have heard that during service calls things just no longer happen to work). a water softener normally sells for$1300,00. I have paid 4800.00 per piece= 14400 Plus tax. At the time I wasn't exactly thinking straight I didn't water to shower for almost two weeks I just needed it fixed - **** **** ***** the terms and were total misleading They offered me a buyout of $23,857.18. Billing was done through ******** *** a company I trust. now they are refusing to service these leases. Crown Crest wants me to pay them direct. I have again asked then for a copy where it says I must transfer this agreement and they have not provided. I am almost ready to retire I can't pay this money.       ******** ****** *** **** ** *** **** *********. I bought a house that came with a rental water heater from this company. The buyout was nearly $2000 for a $500 water heater. ** *** *** ***** ** ** *** **** **** ***** *******

      Terrible company to work with-don’t answer phones or e-mails. Many of the different phone numbers are not in service and no message can be left.
      I have been double billed by Crown Crest and ******** for my rental hot water heater and am finding it very difficult to get in touch with Crown Crest for resolution of my bill.
      I did not sign up with this company originally and my tank is 9 yrs. old and they will let me buy out the contract which has no written expiry date on it for$3100! Apparently this contract is for 15 yrs. until April 2029. I will seek legal assistance to end this contract.

      I have been asking to get out of this contract for 7 years, I am 80 years old and they want to charge me $2,437.08. I have paid them $26.43 per month for 7 years and now they keep adding to the bill througj ********. All I want is them to come take the water heater out and let me buy one myself, as it is so much cheaper. Please help me, I don't know what to do anymore.

      I'm not sure who these guys are All of a sudden this company asked me to register for automatic payment for a water heater that I've been renting for 7 years now I never met anyone in this company or dealt with any rep regarding the water heater The original rental company looks like it's no longer and without any notification of any changes in the company that it looks like ********* doesn't want to deal with the billing of water heater rental How can someone that you never dealt with any contract ask for automatic bill payment I don't know crown crest and I don't pay any bill through an automatic billing method I pay bills on my own since day one The company that installed the water heater originally did the installation first and then the guy comes down with the paper work and said to sign the paper that is only to confirm the installation It wasn't true as the rental started to increase all the time I called to ask why and they replied it's in the contact I trusted these pieces of work not realizing it was the wrong thing to do I can't believe that we have ppl like this in Canada The original company shows up once for what they called "maintenance " they actually came to try to sell me a new furnace and water softener didn't perform any maintenance on the water heater I'm in contact with the my MP to end this
