      Very bad company! They cannot provide you as a customer good service. We are not having a hot water because they cannot provide us an update on the part. No call from the companies at all! I am the only person who calls them and they say just be patient about it. Seriously?! No hot water at home, no any responses and I need to be patient…

      *** **** **** ***** ** ********* I was a tenant in a house I rented 4 months ago. For 4 months I have contacted Crown Crest Capital on multiple occasions to remove my name from the account for the rented water heater bill. They have been charging me for 4 months after I moved out of that house for the water heater. There's a new tenant in that home who has also contacted Crown Crest Capital to add his name and remove mine. Still, no one seems to know how to do this. They give me a form to fill out and send back, done multiple times with no follow up. At this point, * ***** *** **** ** *** **** *** *******. I will be going to the bank to close my account in order to have the charge not go through anymore. I'm disgusted it has come to this point. Never had a problem moving and changing account info for any utilities before. CCC should be ashamed.

      *** ***** * * ** ** ***** *** ** you end up paying 10x what the equipment is worth they do not service it set me up with undersized furnace which lead to catastrophic failure of the unit bought and installed new proper furnace for half of the buy out for only two years left. ****** ** ******** * ****** *** ***** ***** *** *******

      Very difficult to get return calls, no response from their customer service form on their site. They have been relentless advising that ******** *** is ending its billing program and now to provide them with debit information. So I provided it to them. ******** advises that Crown Crest has extended the agreement to October 2024 and no need to change anything. It would be nice to know who I am paying and when?

      **** ******* *** **** ** ****** ***** ** * ******! Who pays over $16,000 for an air conditioner or furnace. Coming in and telling a senior you are going to red tag their furnace which backs them into a corner to sign a contract....shame on you!!!!!! Now a monthly charge goes from $80.32 per rental a month to $130.09 per rental a month with no written notice?!!!! Does this help you go "out on your own" as stated on the phone?? Also, when trying to call you are directed to leave a message during their business hours, however, they do not state what those are(?). The contract has been signed that they cannot increase annually more then 3.5%, however, this increase is almost 65%?. **** **** **** **** **************** *** **** ******* *** **** **********! Also, they are a "financing" company, not a heating or air conditioner company. ************* * ****** ***** ******* * **** ******* ** ** * ******** ** *** * ** ****** ** ****** **********

      Sent an email to them as well and there was a generic response to call them. This is what the problem is, no one answers!!! I see they have no response to this post either….go figure!

      They took advantage that I didn’t known anything a was new in the billing world I signed. I have been paying a very high price every month plus now they left ******* and left a balance unpaid for 210.00 when I always paid my bills I was told that they will fix the problem no worries just one time that I was lucky that someone answered the phone because they do not answer they phone. ******** told me that I have to pay them the balance unpaid by this company which I did. This awful company since September requested to let them to debited the money from my account I allowed them first payment taken was oct 3 for 134.23 another for 119.52 more than I still don’t understand why, November 1 another charged for 87.54 + 77.95 still not paying ******** I have tried to contact someone but no answer I sent a message that I will block my account for December payment they were not able to debited the money for this month of December. I received a phone call telling me that they are sending me to collections, my name is ******** ******* I was the one who signe the agreement however in the bill that they just sent me is my husband name on the contract who has nothing to do with the billing process for this company I am worry that this will affect my husband credit just because these dishonest company. I need help I don’t know what to do, the only month that I haven’t pay is December because I paid ******** the money that they did not pay. Thank you

      I bought my house in Barrie, ON in August 2021. Our deal was unconditional *** ***** *** *** **** ****** **** ******* ********* ********* *** **** ** ***** ******* *****. After 2 months crown crest capital started deducting $84 from my Bank acc. and i was not aware of the amount. I contacted with my bank and there was not reasonable information that what this amount is for. I reached to the so called business and i was getting transferred from one phone number to other for almost 3-4 days. Finally i was told that i have water heater tank that the previous had rented from ****** ***** in 2018. I cancelled pre authorized payments and started paying month to month by cc. In the meantime i had requested to crown crest to have someone from management or higher authorities to contact me because the rental amount is almost double than the current market price. I started calling ****** ***** as well but no response. I didn't stop paying monthly rent as i was getting pushed by crown crest. In September 2022 i got hold of ****** ***** and then received agreement that doesn't show any details, just the address. 90% information is erased. I again started calling crown crest and ****** ***** to let them know that they are charging me double as compared to other consumers as per my survey. In the meantime i contacted few other companies and got quotations of same and even better water heater tanks and average price is $4000 to 5000 with 2-3 months free and monthly rent is $43 to $50. After getting market survey making sure that i am getting charged double and no one is listening to me, i have stopped paying monthly payments and have informed crown crest about the matter. I have already submitted same complaint to BBO in beginning of October 2022 in details but didn't receive any response. I am receiving phone calls from unknown numbers for last one week with threats to ruin my credit, sending to collection agency. I have a valis quotation from a renowned company 1/2 price, rent.
