    *** ** ****** ***********.I wish I had visited the BBB site before ordering as my experience is just more of the same. I ordered a table and 4 weeks went by with no delivery despite them estimating 6-10 business days for cross country shipping to BC. When I emailed them they finally told me, after weeks of hearing nothing whatsoever, that they did not have it in stock, but I could order a more expensive one if willing to pay more. I told them to refund me and have heard nothing again after two days. I guess I will be lodging a complaint with my bank tomorrow and they can get the money back. **** **** ***** * ******* ** * ***** ***** * **** **** ******* * ******

    ********* If you order online you won't get an invoice number confirmation email but funds will be taken from your account. When you call to inquire they will dismiss you for not having an invoice number - pressure them to look up name and address as they have a record of the transaction. After 3 months and no delivery and multiple phone calls and promises of delivery every week, I canceled order for refund. If you run a business you need the equipment to stay open. Refund was promised in 10-15 days, 2 months and no refund. When you call they have the following lines: You will have it by Friday, manager is at other warehouse, owner past away, its not us its Shopify that deals with the refund. Most times they are rude and dismissive of your complaint of waiting 4 months for a refund. Ended up recording all phone calls to make a case ** ***** for the police to investigate.

    I've purchased several items at Omni. Never had any issues until recent purchase of deep fryer. I specifically asked fur propane fryer over phone, went in person. Staff assured me I had propane and assured me I only needed to get propane rank. I had major weekend event and to my surprise that was not case. The deep fryer was major source income for that event. I called repeatedly even sent followup up email, manager asked me send serial number which I did back in October. Still no call back or response to my email. I was finally told by associate their I just need get technician to do conversion of which I asked what cost me do this and what's involved. There's been no response since. I have $1800 equipment sitting down for a month never been used. All I asked was an accountability that it's more requirements get deep fryer working in propane mode and an estimated cost. I don't want have technician fiddling with equipment and I'm at loss again.
    I'm. Still waiting for accountability that what was told and what given me is not exactly what requested.
    Also Omni should connecting me service necessary get deep fryer going.

    I ordered some stainless steel tables and a french fry cutter from Omni. When I placed the order I admittingly ordered the wrong size blade for the fry cutter, so I called and talked with Joe and asked if he could change it to the size that I needed. His response was as long as it hadnt shipped already that it would be changed. Two days later I received an email saying they only had the floor model fry cutter available and I asked about the warranty and he confirmed it was good so I said yes. Which means it hadnt shipped yet so I assumed that I was getting the correct blade. When the fry cutter arrived it had the wrong size blade so I called Joe and told him that I didnt get the correct blade and he responded that he would call back after he talked to the guys in shipping to see what happened. I didnt hear back from him and I called again and this time he had to talk to his supervisor and he would get back to me. Again I didnt get a call back so I called again but was told he was busy with another customer, he would call me back when he got the chance so I asked to speak with the manager and was told that he was also busy. I called one more time and Joe told me it was my fault, and that they sent the blade I ordered. I told him that I didnt get the correct blade and that it was his fault and that he needed to fix it at which point he refused, I told him that I would be putting a complaint in with the Better Business Bureau at which point he said "I dont **** * ****!" and hung up on me. I wish I had of read these reviews before doing business with them. **** ***** **** **** ******** **** *** ******** *******

    They absolutely refused to honour their warranty of ice machines even though they were informed in less than 2 months that the unit had failed. We have spent over $15000 on food equipment with this company and have referred other businesses to them. We have called those businesses and they will no longer be purchasing equipment from this company. It is too bad. I actually liked the company prior to this. We are also informing all of our suppliers to spread the word.
    Believe it or not, this is over a $20 part. They refused to replace a $20 part under warranty on a $3000 machine! Just absolutely run by children without any business managing a business. They have effectively lost $10 of thousands in future purchases and at least 3 business customers over a $20 warranty part.
    We even had our lawyer write them a letter. They are clearly in violation of the Sale of Goods Act, but hey know you are not suing them over a $20 part.
