      Thursday February 29, 2024 at 6:13 made a purchase for $60.99at Healthy Plant ** **** ********* *** in Etobicoke. ******* ******** ******* Trans: ******.
      When checking out the tap on my card said it did not work so I inserted my debit card.
      Friday March 1, 2024 I realized my bank account was charged two times for $60.99. **** **** ******* ******** ********. I immediately called the store and spoke to a Clara who was able to pull the receipt based on the trans Id and said they will refer to IT and someone will call me back. I did not hear back from anyone so Monday evening I went in and spoke to Sarah the store manager who again pulled the receipt, acknowledged that there was no other transaction for 60.99, I showed her my bank account with the two debits, she said she will speak to the manager and someone would review and call me back - no call back.
      It is now a full week later, and I have left a message every day since, no one has given a call. I sent an email to the Head Office with the same back up as provided below - again, no response or acknowledgement.
      **** ** * *** ****** *** ***** ***** *** am simply requesting to be refunded the 2nd amount as it was an error.
