      GIFT CARD - These are not to expire. When I went to use my $100 gift card they claimed they had no record of the card I presented them. After going to a store the customer service rep said she would contact me and NEVER did. When I called her she said she got the same info again that there was no record of the gift card and would not be honored. *** ************, never never will I use this company!

      The online store ** *** ****** ***** e commerce website **** **** ***** It starts out okay, but if you load additional product it slows to a screeching halt and you cannot proceed. I guess I’ll just leave items in the shopping cart and never buy them. This happened over a year ago and sure enough when my frustration wore off from a year ago I went back to find the same issue now. *** *** *** * ******** ** **** ******* ** ** ******* **** ** **** *** **** ** ** *********** ***** ** ** ***** ***** ** *** ********* *******

      Healthy Planet caters to people with allergies to lactose, gluten, etc etc, but what about people like me with allergies to scents? It reeked of perfumed products worse than * *** cosmetic department! I was in and out within 2 minutes with a pounding headache. I bake for people with gluten allergies, dairy allergies, vegans, etc so I would have given them a lot of business....but for the stench!

      ***** ****** ****** ***** * Healthy Planet sold and shipped me an expired product. I contacted them immediately with no response. I had to contact them a second time and their response was that there is a "disclaimer" at the bottom regarding expired products and there was nothing they could do to rectify the situation. I was surprised by their lack of customer service/care and their disregard for importance of consumer trust when they are selling themselves as a "Healthy" brand.

      Horrible customer service. Placed an order only to have it say the info was incorrect and was unable to order. Retired multiple times, then received an email that my checking account was less than $100. Sure enough, healthy planet charged my account for every error on order and took $636. When I spoke to customer service there was no apology, no reassurance on how they would take care of this and refused to transfer to anyone else to discuss the matter. This would have been my first time purchasing from them and it is safe to say I will NEVER order or shop from them again. I ensured them I want to cancel the original order. They've lost a customer *** * **** **** ******** * **** ** ****** ** ******* ******. What a traumatizing experience. What's even better is that it's a long weekend and I have to wait until next week for any refund to be issued. Absolutely horrendous.

      I went to the store located on Lawrence St e & Markham Rd in Scarborough on Canada day for Advanced gut health probiotic *************** 60 vegan capsules priced $42.00. The email I received from Healthy Planet showed this item was on sale.
      When I tried to purchase the product I was advised( by the manager) that the product was not on sale. I advised him of the email and he again said it wasn't on sale.
      I went on Healthy Planet website and texted what transpired and to date no one contacted me.
      This is not the first time I went into the store when there are discounts on products and there's no product but as soon as there is no discount, they have product.
      I rated them at 1 till someone contacts me .
