      Concent. I did what the insurance ask for a letter of cancelled the policy but refuse to give back the money they took out my account. ** **** ** ** ***** ** *** **** ****** ** *** ****** ***** ** * ***** ** **** ****** *** *** *** *** ****** **** **** ******* ******* ** ****

      When requesting a loan, an email was sent stating that the loan has been processed and a separate email from ** *** ****** would be sent to choose your payment method. The email also stated to check your junk folder. After waiting for a month and constantly checking for the email, I called Foresters to inquire about the email that was never sent. They informed me that a check was issued to me a week after I requested the loan and that the check was NEVER MAILED OUT.
      If they are this uncoordinated while I’m still alive, I can only imagine how they will be when I’ve passed and my children are trying to collect. If I wouldn’t be throwing away thousands of dollars from cancelling the policy and cashing out, I definitely would.

      Canceled my policy months ago . Never received money owed but they sent me a letter stating I owed them if I wanted to keep my policy .
      I would like my reimbursement and fully cancel this policy

      Incredible company… I have ** ****** with them! Payments come out on time, very easy to get ahold of, hold times are short, gave ** ****** immediate coverage **** **** *** ***** Amazing choice

      They insisted later on after collecting an abundance of 'copies' of documents for Instance that my grandfather's death certificate must be 'original.' He died out of country at home. So I arrange to ***-** to get this one document in original form to them not including the ***-** bill to them I might add. They assure me that the document will be return to me safely no wprries.
      Rather than confirm my address before sending anything out, they sent it back to wrong address and now grandfather's death certificate is lost forever. They sent out snail mail too and not by a mail company that does signature required to collect ie safely like they promised. My address was not submitted by me in error to. I know where I live...their error.
      Their ombudsman is a no reply/no acknowledgment person too to resolve anything.

      ** * *** **** * ***** * ****** *** ***** ********* ******* ***** Upon getting these policies for.my family, the agent did not state that I was getting "flexible premium adjustable" life insurance. My husband has two policies which was not explained to me. The agent provided a wrong number on the policies to contact him. I called the company to cancel all policies and they told me I will have to have everyone that has a policy to send an email stating they will like to cancel
      We sent the email on 9/9/23 and payments are still being deducted from my bank account.

      Foresters is a predatory company that has verbiage in every policy to get out of paying claims. Don't be a fool like me and fall for this horrible company. They are not bbb accredited. **** *** * ***** ***** *******. They get there victims by seeing who just bought a house and then sending a sales person out to **** *** **** *** convince you that this is such a great insurance. They are not. Basically used car sales man.

      Foresters renewed a cancelled policy, tripled the rate and took the money out of my account. They have been saying that they were sending money back to me for two months now. I doubt it will ever come. Started legal action.
