      I had a 100K policy paying $100 a month for 39 years. Foresters increased my cost to $365 eight years ago without notification. They have been drawing money out of my cash surrender value without my approval. When I inquired, they stated I should have looked more closely at my statement.
      I went to a financial advisor and they advised me to take my loss and close the account now!

      We were contacted by a Foresters representative when we refinanced our mortgage , we were told that if we were to sell or end our contract that a portion of premiums would be refunded. Well that ain’t happening and the agent we used won’t return our calls now after paying 2.5 years on it . Live and learn is expensive. * ***** ** **** **** * ***** ********* ****** * * ** ***** **** *** **** **** * **** **** ** ***** *** **** ****** *********

      This company ********* *** unauthorized debited money out of my bank account for over a year. I have no account with them! They refuse and fight to reimburse my money back that they ***** from me **** ******* ** * ****** * ***** ***** **** ** **** *** my bank put their debits to the stop but I still need my money back you cannot talk to a person of management or supervisor. ****** ******* ************ call me and fix the problem ** **** *** * *****

      ** * ***** **** **** ***** * *****. What an absolute nightmare this company has been!!
      My mother passed away in July of 2022. I have given all the paper work they requested and have received little to know communication.
      I have told them many times my mothers doctor retired before she passed away and she never was able to find a new doctor. The only response I get is that she was 2 months worth of payments shy of 2yrs and it's contestable. That's fine. They **** *** **** ** ** *** said the doctor told them he wants to speak to me about this claim. NO he did not as he no longer practicing medicine and hasn't since may 2022. They haven't responded to me calling them out ** *** ***.
      It's appalling they took $179 a month from my mother at the age of 71 and now want to know what ailments she had. Where is their responsibility to find this out before taking elderly peoples pensions and convincing them that their loved ones will be taken care of.
      This company should be ashamed of themselves and the lack of compassion they possess!
      I would never get anything from this company!! * ******* *** *** **** ***** **** **** ***** ** ** ** *****

      We had our policy for a year, after that we couldn't afford the insurance any more so we called & canceled. A month later Forester Financial took money out so my husband called this, **** **** lady just kept repeating same thing over & over again so my husband hung up on her and called the agent we had he gave us paperwork to fill out we signed & sent back next month again took out money called the agent never have called back. Now we have paperwork come in the mail now they want us to send money of $264.54, to keep our certificate in force, no thanks. Next time we will be more careful of what we choose.

      The agent we used to get the policy was super unprofessional the. While trying to cancel the policy we were bounced around and left screwed. The cash surrender value of our policy was are up by them using it to pay the premiums for several months while we tried to cancel the policy but they refused

      They sold me 2 policies making it sound like they were needed to make my other one work. They claimed that they were all linked products. After you sign you have no way of signing in and or accessing anything you signed. Because everything disappears. I've been trying to cancel for 3 months and have had no way of doing so. It took until today to get ahold of a person

      I purchased our policies in January 2022. We're in August, and I contacted the agent who sold me the policy only to find out that he is unreachable and the number he has listed on the paperwork does not belong to him. I called to speak with customer service and can never get in touch with anyone. Then the automated line says to leave a call back number but you never get a call back. ** ** **** ** **** ******** ********** **** ******* ***** *** ***** ******

      ***** **** * **** * **** ********** ************** ******** They draw you in with manipulation* **** and false PowerPoint presentation. Once you sign up, all the sudden everything changes, We filed for a cancellation mid month, requested for banking information to be deleted, called twice and filed a grievance with their complaint department. 15 days later they STILL charged my account! Needless to say I filed a dispute with my bank. ** *** *** **** ********* **** ********* ** ** * *****
