Every year
since 1944, Numeris has contacted Canadians to collect broadcast measurement
information such as radio listening and TV viewing. By providing important
audience and consumer behaviour information and intelligence, we enable
Canadian broadcasters to deliver relevant, high-quality programming that meets
the needs and wants of Canadians. Your household was randomly selected to
participate, and our telephone calling system attempted to reach you to provide
information about what we do and to conduct a brief survey.
We do apologize
for any inconvenience as a result of our attempt to include your household in
our survey.
We can confirm
and reassure you that your telephone number ***** ******** was removed from our
survey calling and added to our Do Not Call List on June 26, 2025.
While not
legally required, Numeris maintains an internal Do Not Call list. We retain
phone numbers on this list for five years to account for potential phone number
recycling and changing circumstances over time. This ensures that your phone
number remains excluded from our contact lists during this period. For more
information, please refer to this National Do Not Call List Exemptions -

This business calls over and over after being asked to never call me again. I have a family member that is on palliative care and I have enough on my plate without these people calling multiple times after being told to leave me alone. They have no respect for personal boundaries. I have had to have my telephone provider block them so I can have peace while my loved one dies.Business Response

This company has called me multiple times, when I answer they hang up. I've called their 800 number to be taken off their call list, but you can NEVER get through to anyone. You sit on hold for 10min then their system hangs up on you. They claim to be exempt from being added to the national Do Not Call list and that you can go to their website to be removed, yet there is NO option on their website to be added to their own Do Not Call list. The fact I have to contact the BBB, just to get them to stop calling is utterly ridiculous.
