    WE PURCHASED VENUS CONCEPT PRODUCTS FROM THE VENUS CONCEPT AGENT, MATHEW FOR THE AMOUNT OF $95,000.

    THE AGENT NEVER SENT US A CONTRACT

    AGENT MATHEW PROMISED THAT THE PRODUCT WOULD COME WITHIN A WEEK.
    BUT IT DIDN’T COME UNTIL MARCH 27, 2024.

    MATHEW DIDN'T KNOW IF THE DEVICE WOULD WORK OR NOT

    I REQUESTED TRAINING ON THE PERSONAL BASIS BUT NO ONE HAS COME TO DO IT.

    I REQUESTED THE TRAINING BEFORE APRIL 2, 2024, AND THEY PROMISED, BUT MATHEW SAID IT WASN'T POSSIBLE.

    NOW THEY ARE SAYING THAT THEY DON'T KNOW WHEN THE PERSON WOULD COME FOR TRAINING. THEY SAID TIME WOULD BE ABOUT 2 MONTHS **** *** ******* *** *****

    WE REQUESTED FOR THEM TO RETURN OUR MONEY AND THEY REFUSED.

    They literally promise you that they have an “army of technicians” and that this is a turn key business model, and that they’d be here every step of the way to get us started. They told us these techs charge $1500 per day, and I’d need two for a typical case. They were so communicative and helpful, right up until I signed the contract. Then they completely disappeared!

    The delivery literally dumped the device on the side of the road of my office building and drove away, leaving the device outside, the rep wasn’t even there to help us set it up. It’s now a month later and the rep (frankly no one from the entire team) has even come to set up the device or install it. It’s just been sitting in my office. **** ****** ** ***** ***** ** ******* they gave us a list of 20 techs. We reached out to every single one, and literally NO ONE responded. When I called to complain after the fact, the rep Shardad told me he’d get me an amazing rep, one who could even do the surgery for me, ***** ** ******* ********** ***** **** ** ******* *** ***** *** *** ******* ** **** ** **** ** ******* ***** ******* **** *** **** ** **** ****** ** ********** *** ******* *** ** **** **** ******* ** ********* ******* ********* **** ****** I found out this tech costs $1.50 per graft, so $3000 for a typical case not $1500 ******** *** ** *** ********, and that this rep doesn’t even live in my city of Los Angeles. I would have to fly them in and pay for their flight and hotel! This is completely outrageous and not what I was promised when they were trying to get me to buy the machine. **** ********** **** ** * ***** *** *** ******* ** ******** *** ** ***** ***** *** **** ******* ** *** **** ********* ******** I have since learned that the *** and ********** cost $10-15,000 and yet ******** costs $150,000. *** **** ** ** * ******** ***** ** *** *** *********
