    ** *** *** **** ***** ******* * ******** * ***** ******* ***** ** * ***** **** **** ****** * ****** Buying from Venus Concept has been the BIGGEST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE. They trick you into thinking you own the device, but in reality, they still control it—even after you’ve fully paid for it!
    ****** *** *** ****** ***** *** **** *****  1. YOU DON’T ACTUALLY OWN YOUR DEVICE!
    • I paid a fortune for the Venus Velocity, yet they remotely control it and won’t let me access my own machine.
    • Now it’s giving me a cooling error, and I have my own technician ready to fix it. But guess what? Venus refuses to give me the technician code!
    2. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A COMPLETE JOKE!
    • I called their support, thinking they would actually help. Instead, they demanded $2,000 just to send a technician—PLUS additional charges for parts!
    • Why should I pay extra when I already own the machine?!
    3. ONCE THEY SELL YOU THE MACHINE, THEY DISAPPEAR!
    • The person who sold me the device? Gone. No longer works there.
    • No proper follow-up, no real support, just excuses and money-grabbing tactics.
    4. THIS COMPANY HOLDS YOUR MACHINE *******!
    • Even after paying in full, they control it remotely and can practically shut it down whenever they want.
    • If you don’t pay their outrageous service fees, you’re stuck with an expensive brick.
    ****** ***** ***** *** **** ***** ******** This company is nothing but a ****, ******* on business owners who invest thousands into their machines. They trap you in endless fees, provide the worst customer service, and leave you helpless when something goes wrong.

    I got a machine with them so expensive where I need a medical director. ** ****** **** *** *** **** ****** **** ** **** ***** so I pay ** for 4 years using the radio frequency and having the ipl and laser seating there. Now the machine is pay off and no warranty. Guess what second time that breaks and it’s thousands and 10000 every time!!! **** *** *********** **** * ******** **** **** *** *** ***** **** *** **** **** **** no support.

    I was ****** into purchasing a machine more expensive than my car!! I was assured that I didn’t need a medical Director and lo and behold when I’m trying to start my business, I am told that I do indeed need a medical Director according to ***** ******** medical board. I tried to work something out with the company to return the machine, and they are not willing to work with me at all. I will never ever do business with them again.
