      Horrible customer service. Products are good but they do not honor discounts. ***** ************ They sent an email offering 20% discount. Then refused to honor it after I placed the order.

      I am incredibly happy with the concealer! I love it and am very happy with my experience with Fiéra! I have worn ************* Camouflage which was all the rage for a very long time. * **** **** ******* ********* *** * ****** Nothing comes close to the quality of this concealer. The colors are great, I wear one color during the summer and blend it with a lighter shade during the winter months. The consistency is easy to work with as the product warms on the back of your hand while loading the brush. It goes on smoothly and wears beautifully! * ** ** ***** *** **** **** ********. With the hyaluronic acid added to the mix, the concealer stays smooth and fresh looking all day. I love this stuff!

      the concealer doesn't conceal anything not a freckle or a zit!!!

      Our concentrated formula is thicker and richer than most by design. Therefore, most customers find that a little goes a LONG way! While we recommend starting with a small amount, you can certainly build up coverage if needed. It might take a few times of trying different amounts to determine how much product you need, but once you find it - magic!

      I started the process to order one of their products. After I entered all of my information and was ready to check out they kept prompting me to add another product, and there was no "pace order button. I tried to back out of the process, but there was no way to edit my information or go back to a previous page.I did NOT complete the transaction. I checked my credit card account immediately and found that the charge was already posted and in "pending" status. a few hours later I had a "confirm order" email from Fiera. I replied to it immediately to cancel the order. Their response was that they couldn't cancel the order because it was already packaged for delivery! They said that I would have to refuse delivery when the package arrived or take it to the post office to be marked refused. **** ***** ***********

      Terrible return policy. Not consistent with their phone info. I bought one product and they started sending one product a month charging me accordingly. I asked to return the products which were sealed, they told me to send it in (I had to pay for the shipment). They refused to return the money for one concealer because they claim it was over 30 day even though on the phone they instructed me to send it in.

      Fiera cream. Its ok. Not any better or worse than other creams. On 2nd bottle and have very small change. Maybe I just think I do.

What started off as my emailing a CSR on 4-Jan asking for support in locating my package which was shipped 28-Dec-22, ended with a negative encounter with one of most ************** reps in a managerial role that I've ever had to deal with. Around midnight on 4-Jan-23, a CSR wrote my package, "will arrive on 1/4/23" according the *** tracking info. I replied pointing out that it was almost midnight & also that the *** tracking # links to ****, showing the latest scan on 3-Jan @ 12:05 AM in Westborough, MA. She wrote back literally reiterating her first email, with a 1/4/23 delivery date. I replied frustrated & asked for QA/QC purposes that a manager get involved & review the email correspondences. I also proposed that Fiera contact *** & get accurate info on my package. The "manager" Stacy disregarded the purpose of my engaging her & wrote "We have no control over the delivery system. *** will be transferring your order to **** for delivery. If you are unhappy I will gladly issue you a full refund, however keep in mind, our customer service department can you only rely the information that is given to us." On 5-Jan I called Fiera asking for Stacy to call me back, saying that I didn't want my 1st experience to be negative & hoped to resolve the matter in lieu of engaging BBB. Instead of Stacy calling, she emailed me a refund, writing "You were issued a full refund of your order as you were unhappy that **** was taking too long and decided to threaten us with BBB. As precaution for not only our company but future orders, we have placed you on our blacklist which will prevent future orders." To summarize: I asked Fiera to help in locating my lost package; CSR gave me inaccurate info TWICE & the manager, Stacy, blacklisted me for voicing my frustration. ***** ****** ** * ******** *********** **** ********** ** ******* *** ** *** ****** ***** ****** ** ******** ******* ******* ***** ********* ****** *** ***** ********
