To clarify, when we receive your returned package at our warehouse, your returned package will go through an inspection process to make sure that they are in good condition. Our inspection team has completed their assessment and they have noted the presence of a white stain on the burgundy hoodie. Please understand that our decisions are based on the feedback provided by our inspection team when they receive the package. We rely on their expertise when they have gone through this inspection process.
Although a previous representative informed you about a potential restocking fee, we have decided to waive it based on your request. Additionally, we've proceeded to arrange the exchange for the items in the size you need without any additional fees.
As of our latest update, your exchange items are already in transit and have reached a sorting facility in CARTERET, NJ.

They say shipping is generally 12 days but when I talked to a rep they said because of shipping from China, it takes about 3 weeks. The harness I purchased had straps that were stiff, heavy. I put it on my dog & it looked very uncomfortable so I requested to return it. Not only do u need to pay return shipping, they charged me $8 because they said it had an odor. He had it on for a practice walk around the house so that was a ridiculous statement. I would never order from this company again regardless of your “apologetic” replies. Apologies without actions are useless. Also, the customer service phone number is a crock as it won’t go through. If u are going to take orders in this country, you need a number that isn’t in China. This is not a good company to deal with!Spark Paws

People should always send ??s to Spark Paws for questions before & after ordering and read about shipping times ect...

I ordered a sweater from these guys and then the next day I asked them to change the size they said they could not because it had already been shipped then seven days later they say it has not been shipped and cannot provide a tracking number They have a customer service number but nobody will pick upSpark Paws

Hands down some of the best quality I have found!!! It does take a while for shipping but they do inform you of that when purchasing (you just have to read the fine print). Customer service is great! They are very understanding and helpful and try to do whatever they can to make it right. I just placed my 3rd order with them because of how nice the quality is. It would be nice if they could figure out faster shipping for orders though. That would be my only complaint. All in all, GREAT company and Customer Service!Spark Paws

My order took over 4 weeks to arrive. I ordered boots for my dog. They sent wrong size and only 2 boots!! Um my dog has 4 paws. I reached out to them and they said I should have purchased 2 orders and I need to pay out of my pocket to exchange the two they sent that are too big!! Waste of money!!Spark Paws
