      November 16th 2022 I ordered a pair of *** ******* **** **** **** ****** **** sneakers from retailer walkingonacloud.com. **** *** ******** ******* *** ****** ****** * ****** **** **** *** ***** **** ***** ******* ** ******** they charged over $40 MSRP, I bought the shoes. They sent me defective sneakers with stains on them and wrinkles in the sole and did not answer my emails for weeks. I disputed through payment processor ****** who claimed the photos that I sent did not match the photos of the sneaker on the website and denied my dispute. **** ** ********** ****** The only thing that doesn't match are the clear defects.

      I was finally contacted by walkingonacloud.com who claimed that contacted the manufacturer and the stains are part of the colorway. This is a blatant lie, but I contacted *** ******* *** *** **** today at approximately 2:45pm and spoke to a woman named ******* *** ********* **** *** * ***.

      I further appealed the dispute with payment processor ******, who first told me I sent the wrong screenshots of emails sent to me by walkingonacloud, **** ** *****. Them they said it was the photos of the item that were an issue, I resent the photos and sent new ones. ****** has yet to respond since that time ******* ***** **** ** **** **** ********* *** ******** **** *******. I removed all valid payment methods from their website, ******** they reinstuted one of my cards. ******* all I want is a paid return and a refund. * ***** *** ** ** *** **** ******* *** ******** **** I need help, they are not addressing my concerns, removed my access to view the dispute, and expect me to keep paying for a defective product when they have yet to address the retailer.
