      Horrible customer service!! Will never buy from this company again. Did not honour return policy, even to exchange a shoe for a better fit. On-line order form explicitly states that this item is eligible for return within 30 days, but then return was "rejected", quoting information from a different source. Contradictory information and no follow-up from company.

      Terrible customer service. Can’t do a simple exchange without having to pay for shipping. They have a lot to work on when it comes to customer service. **** **** *** ** **** ** ******* **** ***** ****** ******** ** **** ***** ******* ****** ******** They don’t even allow you to bring the item for exchange to the store which will save the customer the shipping fees. The shoes are not cheap so they need to do better.

      Absolutely horrific customer service! They have been so difficult to deal with! They are very unhelpful and don't even reply to my concerns with ill fitting shoes that I just want to exchange. I have NEVER experienced a company that is this horrible to deal with!       Paid 60 dollars for a pair of slippers at walking on a cloud. They lasted 6 weeks and developed a hole. Stores head office would not replace said normal wear and tear. Come on, six weeks for a 60 dollar pair of shoes to wear out. Only worn in house as it is a slipper. Wrote to head office with no response

      ***** ****** ******** ***** Shoes were said to be size 40 which is my size but I could not even get them 1/2 way up on my foot. * ** * ******** ****** and stood 30 minutes in line at post office to send them back. the post office filled out all the necessary forms to send from USA to Canada. I paid $36. The company did receive the shoes back as I tracked them but they said they refused to take them back. They mailed them back to me. **** *** *** **** **** ******* * **** **** **** ******** ****. The shoes were in perfect condition and th **** did and the wrapping and paperwork for me. They caused me a lot of GRIEF for nothing.

      I want to support Canadian companies but WOAC does not make it easy.
      Shipping was delayed and they bury important return information in their policy.
      I understand paying for return shipping but not allowing returns to a local store is ridiculous.
      In person returns can only be made at their location in North York, an hour away from where I live.
      In this day and age there are much better online options available.
      I will never shop at walking on a cloud again *** * ****** ********* *** ***** *******

      The products were as expected, but I found making a return of a single item out of an order to be rendered impossible. Don't be misled by the "Family business, free shipping, and 30-days-to-return;" This company has no intention of allowing you to try on shoes and return what doesn't fit----they have no intention of accepting returns period, as far as I can tell, since they provide no way to access the necessary RA, and will not help you get an RA if you contact them. On top of this, after two rounds of emails with their customer service department, trying to get the RA # within the 30-day returns period, I was referred to their return policy document, which says near the bottom that they accept no returns on items that have prices ending in 0.95 (ie. $89.95). * ** **** **** ** ****** *** it is so bizarre and unexpected **** ** ***** ********* ** **. * **** ****** ** ***** ****** *** ****** *** *** ******* *** * *** ******* ***** *** *** * **** ****** **** ******* ******** * ***** * **** ******* *****  I will not be buying from Walking on a Cloud again, though the carry brands I like at competitive prices, *** ***** ****** ****** ** **** **********

      I received an email stating that my package was delivered; ****** ******* * **** ***** ***** ***** ***** **** *** **** *** *however, I have not received it. I contacted On-Cloud, and they insist it was delivered and refuse to issue a refund. I do not understand why I still have to pay for the shoes even though I did not receive them.

      ********* ***** ***** *** ********! They are of shabby materials and made poorly. This company won't give you a full refund because they say the cost to return them are too high. They want you to keep the product and only refund 20% of your purchase price. Stay away!!!
