      I could write a book about how poor this business is Managed. Couch oredered in Sept 2021, almost a year and NOTHING. Nothing but broken misleading promises . $3000 with zero to show for it except stress and wasted time. Shame on everyone from Sales to Managers and everyone inbetween that gets paid from a company that takes peoples money and gives nothing in return. Ryan the Manager at the Ancaster store, you are why people don't like or trust Sales reps.       Bad Boy failed in every area of their business. Over a year after my purchase, numerous phone calls and countless emails, we still don't have the complete product we purchased. The delivery department failed when they delivered only part of my bedroom set in July 2021. The manufacturer then failed to deliver a functional product with the follow-up delivery in August 2021. The service department failed by not resolving the issue for almost an entire year. They even closed my service ticket without ever providing service. The Ancaster store failed at providing any amount of acceptable customer service. I still haven't been able to speak with a manager as I'm always told they're not in, and none of them has bothered to ever return my calls. The regional manager, Tom, failed to address or resolve any of the issues on any level -- despite speaking with me and ensuring it would be taken care of and he'd followup. I'm still waiting on his call... They did offer to give me a floor model in July 2022 (after they already told me my missing piece was delivered, they just needed to find it) -- with no moneyback or further discount. I declined, as I didn't purchase a floor model and couldn't guarantee it wasn't damaged, and assumed the piece they ordered wouldn't be damaged. After they finally located my missing piece, I scheduled two different delivery dates in July 2022 and they failed to deliver it both times. Once because the service ticket didn't specify they needed to bring my missing piece, and the other because the piece was delivered to the wrong location and the service technician couldn't pick it up there. I finally tracked down my product and drove to pick it up myself, only to realize after I got home the product is damaged. I emailed the store again with pictures of the damaged product, and a week later I'm still waiting for a response from them. Just shop anywhere else. You'll spend more in your time to get the product than the actual purchase price.

      I order Sectional Sofa April 12,2022. they told me delivery would be Mid June to End June. we are now heading to end of July and nothing been delivery, have called Numerous times. *************** General manager didn't keep his words, he told me we was going to call me on specific date and i didn't get the call. i call the head office they were uncooperative and sent me to manager where i purchase this Sectional. Still have no clue when am getting my order. Stress and inconvenience this company has put me through is unacceptable
      i will never purchase from Bad Boy again nor will i refer this place to anyone.

      I paid for a washing machine since April 2022, I was told my washer will arrive mid May, then told it's on delay till end of May, then told again it will arrive early June. It is July 19th today, I still cannot get an answer from head office as to when I can get my washing machine, every month I call head office, I send email but I am at a dead end with this company. They have my money but cannot give me the product. They will not refund my money but told me to choose another washer, I tried that but the other washers that they offered are all very bad reviews. I called again on Monday of this week they told me they will go to manager to request refund and they will call me back on Tuesday, no! they never called so I called again today and of course I have to hold on the line for a very long time each time I call, the manager will not speak to customers and the agent cannot tell me if I can get a refund, the only thing the agent can do is to put in for a refund to the manager. So I don't know if I am getting a washer and I don't know if I am getting a refund. Manager is hiding behind the agents, no one will take any kind of responsibility for my order. The only thing I can do now is go to my credit card company and if that don't work I have to go to small claims court.

      I purchased a fridge from Bad Boys in April, now it is July and I have yet to receive anything. Every time I contact them about delivery status, it is always delayed. So I finally asked for a refund, the guy said it would be processed within 5 business days. However, I have yet to receive the money. I contacted them again multiple times, and apparently they require a manager approval for any refund. There is no timeline on when I can get any money back.*************************************************************** *******************************************************

      Hi There,
      There customer service is very bad i Purchased a bed pay everything and sales rep said your delivery Saturday next week after 2 days he call we have to pay $ 500 more if we need this bed Because they charge wrong and still i said ok i will call you tomorrow and i called he was not there and never return my call after Saturday delivery day i call them there customer rep said no body book your delivery . we will deliver our own schedule when we have time call us next week we will see then sales rep said we will cancel your delivery and mention if you want to talk store manager i have to make appointment 5 days advance ******************************************************. I also called the bad boy head office and spoke with the representative named Jarin. He said they are not responsible for any bad boy store whatever happens with customers and whatever kind of service the customer gets from any bad boy store they are not responsible at all. Today i went into the bad boy store to speak to them regarding this matter and to get my money back but their account manager ************************* said that you have the balance from the previous order as well but I have paid in full my previous balance that's why I got my stuff delivered. This is 10 months prior and she is talking now she said she didn't clear her accounting . i have never seen at any other store that if the balance is not paid in full the store will not deliver the order but at bad boy even though the balance is paid in full still they have not deliver our product and on top they're saying that you have a balance of $500 because the its mistake from their side while making the bill and giving us the information

      I placed order for stove on May 27, 2022, which was advertised as "In stock" and delivery of 1-3 weeks. However on the bill, no scheduled delivery date was given, instead that all sales were final and no cancellation allowed. Money in full were taken from my credit card. I made several enquiries as the weeks went by. Closer to a month, again i enquired and advised that I was going to dispute the charge on my credit card due to lack of response. Past 30 days, I contacted my credit card issuer to dispute for a chageback and no response past 30 days. NOTE: per Consumers Protection Act, if goods not delivered within 30 days, consumers have right to CANCEL and ask for REFUND. I sent cancellation email to Lastman's bad boy and referenced the Consumers Protection Act, and ordered stove with another merchant. Still no response. A week after this, i finally received a phone call whereby all the above was mentioned to the agent at Lastman's. And again i forwarded copies of my email enquiries and cancellation to Lastman's and was told that I can only receive a refund "if you have been contacted by someone in the management department.". This company seem to not deliver and correctly reflect on the bill what it promises verbally or on its website, ignores enquiries, and then intimidate that refund can only be made if management contact you to allow. The Consumers Protection Act clearly states cancellation can be made for non delivery past the 30 days. For anyone falling into the same situation, know that the Consumers Protection Act is there for you, despite what you may otherwise be told. You can get your money back for nondelivery.
