      Didn't know that they really meant it when they called themselves Bad. They are terrible. I ordered sofas in and was they would arrive mid July. Every month they have been telling the chairs would arrive next month. They sell what they don't have. I asked for a refund and they told they' d give a store refund. I want to buy chairs somewhere where they are truthful. ******* ******** ** ******* ***** **** ******* ** *** ******

      Extremely pathetic customer service. They sold us Sofa on warranty promises and does not honor warranty. Warranty is NOT handled by BAD BOY and it is at the mercy of "head office" who love to hang up phone on your face. You cannot even talk to managers of service department. Customers are told either manager is on vacation or they sit in "HEAD OFFICE". ****** ** ************. ***** ******** ** *** ******* ** *****. They suck the money and energy out of their customers. So disappointing.

      I ordered a couch. Was advised it was delayed. It was January 2022. Just recently I received my refund in September. 9 months with my money and no product.       I ordered a freezer online and paid for it believed it was in stock. It’s not and I can’t get my money back. I’ve emailed them several times and called customer service and no one cares or responds. It’s been over a month still no freezer and out $1250. It should be illegal to keep a persons money for over 30 days and not communicate with them. This has caused me great stress. Shame on them for taking advantage *** ******* buyers. Something really needs to be done about this place

      Ordered living room furniture in March 2022, Put down $2000, told 6 to 8 weeks. It's now been 6 months, they can't tell me when I will get my furniture and they won't give me a refund.

      My washer did not spin water properly, order one online on June 29, on Canada day, saw their website said "save the tax", so i order one again and I sent a request to cancel the previous order, and I received a phone call said my new washer would be delivered in two weeks, two weeks past, I did not receive my order! I called them and tried to ask for refund, I told them I could not wait so long I need my washer machine to wash my dirty clothes! But I was told that I couldn't cancel my order and I had to wait for it! My credit card had been changed two times! Now in September, I had called and emailed them many times to ask for refund but they still kept saying no! I have never seen other company running business like Badboy does! I don't know how can I get back my money!

      I pur hated chairs on line in January and they kept saying they come next month then it was next month again everyonth after that. I cancelled them in July they approved that and I am still waiting for my money to be refunded!!!! They were a great store at 1 time but now **** **** *** I really don't think they care!!!! I would like my mo ney please. If the situation was reversed you **** ** **** would want your money!!!! I really think you have to rethink your business practices. Lastman was a good name your tarnishing it!!! Please can I have my REFUND!!!!!

      **** ******* ** *** told me assembly was included and it was not! They knew I could not do it myself and needed it done along with moving out the old bed. **** **** ********** *** ***** ****. Plus the delivery guys did not know they had to do a removal. I had to show them email in order for them to do it. They were leaving me without a bed to sleep on for the night. They caused me so much turmoil.

      I went to tent sale of bad boys in Richmond Hill area and decided to buy a dining table set of 7pcs. Tina gave me price $998 and after signing the documents I have asked the guys to show me how to open and close extendable dining table so that I can make sure that all the parts of table are available but unfortunately I have found the table was broken from underneath. I have discussed with sales person Mr. V. about this issue and asked him to fix it but Mr. V. is very clever sales person so he trapped me by offering $40 discount of damage . At that time I couldn't understand what is happening and what to do with table. Since I had already signed the papers and I was trapped. Same time I went inside the tent sale again and found the same table on floor of tent sale. I have discussed with Mr. V. and Tina to please replace the broken table with the good one because I am not here to buy the garbage or broken things, but Mr. V. got annoyed with me and told me " if you want to cancel this deal you can cancel but I cannot replace the good table with it because I have to sale it in more higher price. Before sale he was respectful and after sale he has started to get annoying and disrespectful. oMg. What to do now??? I then decided to leave the place instead doing argument with these ********** people. I reached home and filed a cancellation email with their official email addresses I.e #***** Cancellation of order ** *****, tent sale SKU ******. After 2 days on days I have received the call from their delivery office and I told them about my cancellation request ( the staff was not aware of my cancellation request, how lazy and unprofessional system) . Then I have received a *********** call from Mr. V. that you will never get your money back because it is final sale even it's not delivered to you and you have to buy the table set in any case because I have signed the paper with them (* *** **** *** ***************). I need money back, don't want call.

      Lastman advertised a product as in stock. Weeks later, nothing has arrived and I am advised the product is not in stock and I have to wait a couple of months. I waited. Still nothing. Requested a refund and they refused saying I could only get store credit, despite them falsely advertising the item was in stock. 8 months later and I am still trying to get them to process the refund. They will not escalate calls on the phone to a supervisor or manager and every time just promised you will hear back in 5 days, then nothing. ***** ******** ********* ** *** *** ****** ***** **** *****
