      I never had issue with Wyse until I stopped being a customer. I closed my account & waited for my final bill knowing I was owed for over-payment. For weeks I inquired, via phone & email, asking about the final bill & was told to wait. Months later I finally got the last bill & refund amount. I called to find out when I'd get the refund & was told to wait. Finally, I was told if I didn't get a cheque within the week to call back & request an etransfer to compensate for the prolonged wait. A week later I requested the transfer. When it came it wasn't for the full amount. I called & was told there was a charge for transfers. I was NEVER informed of this - I would've waited for a cheque! I asked that it be cancelled & a cheque issued for the full amount. The agent initially said no then agreed to so I DIDN'T deposit the transfer. I got reminders to deposit the transfer so it was never cancelled. I asked to speak to a supervisor. None were available & I was told I could get a call back within 5 days. It never came. I called again asking to speak to a supervisor & was told none were available but one could call back. No one did. In the meantime someone from collections left 2 voicemails, without stating their name, saying the transfer reverted back to Wyse & an ADDITIONAL charge would be taken off for a new transfer. I called the # on my display & it was for a car company. On the 3rd voicemail the agent finally disclosed their name. I called & explained but she refused to offer the full amount or a cheque. She said I was indeed informed of a charge. (if I knew that why would I be irate?) I asked if she was calling me a **** she said "if that's what you want to call yourself." She was beyond ****. I asked to speak to a supervisor & she refused to transfer me to hers or any other supervisor. We hung up without resolving anything. One hr. later I called & reached a non-collections supervisor. Within the HOUR they sent an etransfer for the FULL amount - after 4+ months.

      Terrible service. Bills are insanely high and unaffordable. I pay $400+ every month, and customer service doesn’t offer any helpful solutions or clear breakdowns. ***** **** * ***** ***** ** *** ****

      **** ***** **** **** ********** We moved into our apartment in February , ** ********* set up automatic payments with this company. Every month has been payed for seeing it on *** phone on the website. But in the mail we received a notice saying we owe at least 3months worth of payments. That’s how long we’ve been living here. But on their website it says no payments remaining, it says payment was taking out automatic and is all paid for. But Today we got a notice again saying they are now going to cut off our electricity in a couple weeks if this issue isn’t resolved, let alone our landlady got involved and said we’re breaking tenancy agreement. *** ********* **** ********* ** ******* ***** ***** ****** ** *** ***** *** **** ********* ** ***** * ***** **** ** ******** ** ** if wyse can’t understand something is wrong in their end not ours. ***** ***** **** our names getting the bad rep ** *** ********* with our current landlord seeing this. Now we have to clear our names when we didn’t make this mistake.

      Unfair Overdue Interest and Processing Fee
      I have been living in a REIT townhouse for 1.5 years. Management informed us that we would pay for water when we singed the contract. But, there was no bill for 1 year. We received a notification our mail box on May 23, 2025 and realized that REIT management started to take payment for water by the beginning of 2025 via **** ***** *********. In the notification, we realized that we had a bill for Jan. 1 to Mar 31, 2025, which is overdue and therefore **** applied us $4.41 overdue interest. However, they didn't send us a bill and we didn't know that REIT management started to charge for water.
      Second issue is processing fee. Only option to pay is with a debit or credit card. And, **** charged me $10.44 processing fee. Credit card payment option includes additional 2.25% fee. I didn't select **** for water bills and I believe this processing fee is totally unfair. They, should provide a free payment option.

      I am extremely disappointed with the recent billing practices of Wyse Meter Solutions Inc. Despite my consistent usage patterns, my last three bills were inexplicably higher -50% increase- than usual. There was no clear explanation provided. This lack of transparency and accountability is unacceptable. I suspect this company ********** billing amounts without actually reading the meter, *********** ******** ***** **********

      I’ve had multiple issues with them messing up my hydro bill and often times I wouldn’t even get a response.

      These guys are ******** i seen them take 3 readings on my account for my apartment and on top of that we had been paying for 5 months for this new unit we're in and they told us we've been paying for our old unit so they shut off our electricity no warning and are making us pay 1000$ late fees and a whole bunch of crap we have a newborn baby living in the apartment like it's outrageous what these ppl do our bill is 200$ every month too and we barley even use the lights

      We started renting in a ******** property in southwest Edmonton on June 1 2024 and Wyse handles the utilities. Wyse has been a huge problem for us.
      1. The first bill charged us for a deposit. This was incorrect because we had signed up for a direct withdrawal from our bank account and our credit rating is stellar.
      2. Well they issued a credit but charged us the deposit again on the second bill.
      3. We tried to call them. First time I waited for 25 minutes. No one answered the phone. Second time I waited 25 minutes and again no one answered the phone.
      4. I sent them three email messages and finally they replied. First they said I needed to sign up for a preauthorized payment plan. I already did this five months earlier and they were already deducting payments automatically from my account. How could they not know this??? I emailed them but as of Oct 31 2024 there has been no response.
      5. On the same day I received a second email from Wyse. They said they issued us a credit. Yes they did issue a credit for the first billing. However they charged us for the deposit again on the second billing. They don't seem to think they need to issue a credit for the second billing.
      6. Well on the third billing, they created a balance forward amount that equals the deposit charge. I complained but they have not responded as of October 31, 2024.
      I'm very concerned what the fourth billing will show. I'm beginning to think that the only way to resolve this problem is to move out of the ******** rental so my account with Wyse can be cancelled.
      They call themselves Wyse Meter Solutions Inc. My experience is that they don't understand the meaning of the word "solutions".
      ** ************** ***** ** *** ** **** **** *** ******** *** **** **** ***** *********. I started renting June 1 2024 and as of October 31, 2024 the problem persists.

      This company has poor customer service, they charge a paper bill fee, and when you request to no longer have a paper bill sent they will still charge you the fee. When you sign up for auto pay, they will still charge you interest on any amounts they fail to charge you. ***** **** ******** ** *** ****
