      I contacted RCC recently regarding waterproofing and sump pump issues. ***, the project manager was very helpful. He gave me good advice and a variety of options and the cost estimates were clear and fair.
      The sump pump work was recently completed by ***** who worked diligently and did a great job under awkward conditions. Both *** and ***** were so pleasant to deal with, nothing was too much trouble and
      I would certainly recommend RCC to my friends and neighbours.

      I had a fabulous experience with RCC Waterproofing from the moment I met *** *******. *** carefully went through all my options and pointed out many things I would not have been aware of. He was able to move my originally scheduled date to an earlier time slot, which I really appreciated. *** also came by on the first day to be sure everything was on track, and followed up when the job was done. Thank you ***!
      The team onsite were incredibly hard workers, and their foreman *** really kept on top of things and was happy to explain what they were doing if I asked. Honestly - I have never seen anything like how they executed this job from beginning to end, and their clean up on both days was amazing. RCC is very lucky to have such a talented and pleasant team working with them. Thank you *** and team!!

      I called RCC ******* ** ***** ********** ** *** ******** to come and look at a crack in my foundation. ***** the consultant came and explained what needed to be done and provided a quote. I agreed on the quote which I thought was reasonable . After paying the deposit RCC had ******** *** call locate’ here quickly. The job was scheduled promptly thereafter and ****** and his team came and repaired the crack in one day. They were respective when I asked questions and did a great job cleaning at the end.
      Everyone at the office was easy to deal with and **** even sent me pictures of repairs done that were were taken by ** .Am so happy to get this job completed so promptly and professionally. Foundations are so important to the integrity of our homes I highly recommend RCC!
