      Honestly, So Disappointed with Bluenotes Online – Still No Word on My Order After Two Weeks!
      I'm having a really frustrating time with my Bluenotes online order. I ordered some things back on May 18th, and it's now been two whole weeks, and I still have absolutely no idea what's going on with it.
      What's really getting to me is that I can't seem to get any answers from their customer service. I've reached out a few times hoping to find out where my package is, but every time, it's the same story: they just can't tell me anything specific, and they definitely can't give me any kind of an idea when it might actually show up.
      ** **** ***** ******* *** ***** You'd think a company like Bluenotes would have a better way to keep track of orders, or at the very least, be able to give a customer some kind of update when something's clearly taking way longer than it should.
      This whole thing has left me feeling pretty uneasy and honestly, regretting my purchase. I really wouldn't recommend shopping on the Bluenotes website ** ****** ******* *** * ****** ********** ** ** *** ***** **** **** *** *****. When they can't communicate or sort out simple issues like this, it really feels like they just don't care about their customers.

      Our sincere apologies regarding the timely resolution of this issue. We had a technical problems that took longer than expected to remedy. Records show you were in contact with us 5 times and that we were able to issue a discount for your inconvenience. We have checked our records and see that your package was delivered on June 03, 2025. Again, our apologies. We will do better!

      I am utterly flabbergasted at the treatment and lack of ability to speak with someone at this company
      The ****** **** strike happened Nov 15th
      My order my placed on November 15. I got an email Nov 16th saying my order was on the way with a ****** **** tracking number.
      Obviously I waited to see if it would update- it did not. I rescheduled out via email asking what they were using for a new courier. They replied after 2 days :
      Hi,
      We would like to thank you for taking the time to contact Bluenotes Customer Service. Please know that we appreciate and value your business and feedback, and we will be happy to assist you.
      *Due to the ****** **** strike, we have moved to alternative couriers for delivery during this time except for ****** **** orders going to PO Boxes, Remote/Rural areas, and to the Territories will be delayed as they are not being serviced at this time. We will keep you updated on any changes.

      I then replied asking specifically what courier and for tracking.
      After 2 more days The reply was ‘ Your order is awaiting pick up’
      So I again wrote back asking where pickup was and why a courier was not used for my order etc.
      2 emails with no helpful info followed ( taking a day each time) Finally I asked by email for a supervisor- no go.
      After 2 more emails I found out the warehouse is in Toronto. - A very long way from me.
      I tried to call customer service six times. I can not get through to a person- not even using the directory. It loops. ********* ** ******** A LARGE company like this should be able to be contacted by phone, and have an issue resolved. I just want to get the package i purchased AFTER the strike sent to me.
      It’s NOT difficult. At the very least to get straight answers. I don’t have a PO box, i am in regular town- all couriers run here.

      So i just received an email today asking if I wanted a refund? Of course not- I just want the order i paid for of items i can not reorder ** ** ******** *** **** *** ***** *** ****** ***.
      I’ve asked to simply send the package to my bluenote store in Greenwood NS or to use a different courier- so far no response!
      I am not sure if this email was a reach out for this or purely coincidental.

      Update Dec 5- package was sent ***, received today. Much appreciated- just wish it was handled better from the start.
      Customer service should also be available by phone- not a loop of recordings.
      All in all- my package was received & my daughter is happy.
