I’m not happy with the treatment I received. I bought an edge new in 2017 with a 7 year maintenance package and a 5 year warranty. Just as my maintenance package expired I had a major repair bill of over $3000. The car had been in for regular maintenance all the time I owned it with very low mileage. Ford refused to help pay for the repair which the dealer service desk said should never have happened. I will never buy another Ford!

F150 2.7L ecoboost RTV oil pan Gasket.
I have a 2016 F150 with 166000km and the RTV seal is leaking oil. There are bulletins on in but no recall. Which is wrong as it is a defect for the 2015-2017 models.
I will get it repaired at a privately owned mechanic. Thay are more concerned about wiper blade recalls than oil leaks. ( So much for the environment )....
I am reconsidering buying another Ford truck due to this concerning matter.

As a customer I am very unsatisfied. I have received terrible customer service in trying to identify multiple issues with my F-150 shorty after purchasing the vehicle.
I would never recommend anyone go there what we have endured and experienced as customers. It’s been an absolute nightmare!

** * ***** ******* * * **** ****** *** **** ******** * ****** We purchased a brand new Expedition from *** ***** **** in Olds, Alberta. The first time we drove it, it left us stranded on the side of the road within the first 600kms - in a remote area in -28. We were notified by the servicing Ford dealership that a hose to the rear heater core was not attached properly at the factory. When bringing this to the attention of the GM of the dealership - we felt like we were completely brushed off. We requested a resolution as we have concerns with the integrity of the vehicle and the engine due to how hot it got so early in its life. He 100% did not care. The only resolution provided was one that would cost us more money than the over $100k we had already spent. He basically told us it was Ford Canada's problem, not his, so we could deal with them. We could contact Ford Canada and they could potentially help us. Worst customer service we have ever experienced. ** ***** ***** ******** * ******* **** **** ********** ****** **** *** ** *** **** **** ** ******** ********** *** **** ** ******* ** **** *** *** ********.
I then contacted customer resolutions with Ford Canada on January 30 - the rep I spoke with was "upset on our behalf." He told me they would look into it and help us with a resolution and that I would hear from him the next day. I did not hear from him. I had to contact customer resolutions Ford Canada once again only to be told that there was no claim or file number made. So I had to then repeat the whole process with another agent. So just a repeated waste of my time. Requested to file a formal complaint against the GM of the dealership we dealt with. When you do that the complaint is sent to the dealership directly with no other repercussions. Over half an hour on the phone to be told that there is nothing Ford Canada will do. But we could contact them in the future with any issues. WORST EXPERIENCE and we will NEVER purchase another Ford.

Just bought a new F150 Truck in July in northern Ontario ******** ****, was looking for the block heater this week and could not find it. Went to ******** **** and they said the 2024 don't all have them. Can't believe this. We are in Northern Ontario and they do not include a block heater in this truck. I will have to buy it separate, it is an option.

I have absolutely nothing nice to say about ford canada. I have a 2018 ford explorer lightly driven, about 108, 000 kms over 72 months
    Both turbochargers blew, these things are suppose to last over 201, 000 kms. Called ford , they read from a script, discounted me , spoke down to me and did absolutely nothing. * *** ****** ****** ***** ** *** * ****** ************** ** ** ****** *** ********* *** * ** ******** ********* ** *** **** ****** ****** ******** ** **** **** ***** *********** ** *** *** ****** *** **** ******** ** ***** ** **** **** **** *** ***** *** ** ***** **** *** **** *** ***** ***** ********* **** ** ** *** *** **** ** ** *** Ford Canada DOES NOT STAND BY THE PRODUCTS THEY SELL. They are away of this turbocharger problem as my mechanic and other mechanics knew about this problem before i toke the car in.
    My experience with there customer service satisfaction department is a joke, * *** ****** ***** ** ** ********** ** ** ** ******* **** ** *** **** * *** * **** **** ******** *** **** **** **** ***** ******** ******** *they do not stand by their product, *** **** ***** *** **** ****

Ford 2024 Ranger models will not support a cap without damaging the bed since they are no longer made of steel. This is a huge deficiency that Ford seems to ignore and not provide a solution for.

There is absolutely nothing good I can say about my experience with the Entire Ford Company whatsoever - lemon of a vehicle I purchased in 2o21 ****** but issues with this vehicle for the first 2 years of owing this Maverick - I am out of pocket over $10,000 in addition to the already heafty payments. I make for a vehicle that is falling apart - from electrical to transmission, engine failures and computer problems - the life of the vehicle lasted all of 6 months - taking it from dealership to dealership for nothing more than being sent home with a reset computer and more problems fixing one then onto the next tubo, electric, engine and transmission have all failed at one time or another - Ford washing their hans leaving a customer helpless !!! It’s only 2 years old and the worst truck I have ever purchased !!!! one thing after the other breaks down on this truck leaving me with no other choice but to sue this company for damages sustained monetarily with this vehicle throughout the 2 years I have had it / so my advice - ** *** **** * *********** **** **** ******* ** ***** **** *** ******* **** ** ******* *** ****** **** *** * ***** **** ** **** *** **** ***** ******* ** ***** ********* ********** ** ***** ******** ************ *** ******* ** ***** ******* **** ***** **** ******** *** ********* ** ********** * ******* ****** ******* ****** ******* *** **** ** ****** ************* ** ***** *** ******** ******* * ****** *** ********** *** *** ** ****** ********* ** ******* *** ******

Purchased Ford escape in 2021 and has been nothing but issues since purchased.
Outside of the many recalls( waiting on parts for over a year still) there seems to be a never ending amount of defects with the vehicle, at least 1 a month as of late all at less than 45,000 km.
Nobody at ford seems to be the one to talk to just passing the issue on indefinitely.
Despite boasting quality and reliability, it is anything but.
