I bought the twin turbo engine because I loved the fact that it was not noisy. A rattle sound started when the truck had 50000km. I brought it in for warranty service numerous times and after the 5th diagnosis, I was told that the rattle sound seems to come from the turbo but that the performance is not affected. It now has 90000km on it and sounds like **** every time I start it and every time I step on the gas. I am extremely disappointed that I spent $70000 on what was supposed to be my dream truck for the next 10+ years and it sounds like a dump. I am stuck with payments and can’t get rid of it because I will loose too much. This is my 4th ford truck and most likely the last one. Please reach out to me if you wish to discuss ****** ** ******* *** ***

Yes, I would like to file a complaint, and have this escalated to your superiors before I have the media involved in this situation to raise awareness.
This 2021 Hybrid Electric F-150 Lariat that retails for over $100,000 and now $120,000 with the way I have custom ordered it should not be needing replacement parts this frequently.

The entire hybrid lithium ion battery system was changed due to failure just 2 months receiving it in June 2021 an order was placed for this battery system replacement as it took 6 months to come in, during this time my screen had stopped functioning (radio, lights heater, ac functions and gps) all depend on the screen to be activated, I did not have a fully functioning truck and it was causing multiple issues **** ****** ** ****** ** ** ******** *** ** we had to drive long journeys without any temperature controls for heat or radio functionality the service engine light was always on the performance was reduced.
In December 2021 the battery system came in we had the truck there for a while as they replaced parts needed but then also realized that the screen was still not working, and said it’s just an update Ford Canada has to do to have a functioning screen to shortly after that we needed an Apin module and are currently awaiting for this part for over half a year as the service advisor working there previously mentioned that ford is waiting for an update so that the infotainment system can work, kept telling me in 2021
I bought this truck to have a piece of mind as advertised , not to have it in the dealership in service for months and it has been collectively been in the dealership for over 3 months.

2018 Ford Edge, 58,000km, liftgate failed to operate. A ****** search showed that it a very common problem, with defective parts installed...even though Ford was aware of the problem since 2015. 2 Technical Service Bulletins are evidence of that. $1400 repair bill. I contacted Ford Canada. They said "sorry for the inconvenience...work with the dealership". What ?, you knowingly sell me a defective product, stick me with the repair bill, and then try to dump it on your dealership. "Ford Family". Well, your son and none of his true family and friends will ever purchase a Ford product again.
They call it "Customer Relationship Center". What a farce that is, and by the way Ford
In Canada it is spelled Centre not Center.

July 22, 2021 First time buying my car and I chose Ford, I was so happy. I have a learners license, registered and insured under with that license, it wasn't cheap but it didn't matter because I am looking forward to pass the road test so I can drive without a companion and see my family out of town etc., then July 30, 2022 happened, I was practicing for my road test and the transmission started acting up, I thought it was an easy fix but later I found out it won't be, did my researched and there is class action lawsuit against the Ford Motor Company over the premature failure of this transmission. It was a good news and a bad news for me, unknowingly my car have an extended warranty and Ford will fix my vehicle but there is a waiting list and there is about 6 vehicles ahead of me, waiting back February 2022, up until now September 29, 2022 my car is still at Ford. I saved up for that investment, paid it myself, my very first car I own and it sucks because there is nothing I can do, I am beyond disappointed with Ford.
