    For weeks I have given notification that my Tim’s card was compromised. They are ignoring this *** ********** *********** **************  I believe it has researched a level damaging to my reputation and personal business.

    Tim Horton's online customer service is terrible. I have called three times in a month to have my email address updated to my rewards card Almost a month later it has not been completed. There is no manager to speak with to escalate my concerns I just keep being told it will be resolved by the appropriate team.
    I have now missed my opportunities for my roll up the rim and I don't feel like the nature of my inquiry was treated appropriately. I have sent emails and called and have no response. For a big franchise such as Tim Horton's, I am beyond disappointed. * **** ** **** ** *** ****** ***** ********* ** ******* ** ***************

    I bought something on the tims app. I didn't get it because the store was out of stock. But the store employee said I couldn't cancel the order and let me contact online customer service. The online customer service still did not give me a withdrawal and did not give me a reasonable explanation. **** ** ***** *** * ********* ** ** ******** ******

    Ordered food at Tim Hortons, the apps says: 5383 Yonge Street - North York, Ontario. ..
    I tried everything including Google map and asked the people in different stores including pizza, Korean and Chinese restaurant and the security guy inside the circle... none of them know about this store.
    I spent half hour in the cold wind and couldn't find this place. This order need to be refunded and my time should be paid. They should say thank you for me to find the issue.
    Sent inquiry from the app, but no response at all, only after one week, someone replied, that I need to use Google map. ?! But your store is not there!

    Oh boy!!! when you give out a coupon at an event that your sponsor and the coupon state "ENJOY ONE FREE ANY SIZE BEVERAGE" you want any size beverage. I am not a coffee drinker so i wanted a different drink and they say it can only be used for coffee. i beg to differ. that is not what the coupon states. why give out coupons that are false!!!!!

    I applied for Tum Hortons Credit Card (Secure).
    The process started 28 of September 2023. The money didn't make it onto the card til October 10, 2023. I went to **********, *******, & ******** I couldn't use the card. It would not work my phone didn't respond. Not even a blink.
    I have called customer service financial department and they say keep trying different retailers.
    The CSR found out on ****** that ******* doesn't except ****** pay. My question is how do I use the card or better yet how do I get my money back.

    On the app they charge an EXTRA 80 cents to REMOVE whipped topping from an iced capp. Ive emailed them about it and have been called * **** and that their aware but it doesnt count on your reciept, which is * *** considering ive bought a nice few and ive also had a tims employee tell me to stop ordering online because im paying more and losing money that way. No one wants to accept they made an error with this company and im tired of going back and forth and being called * ****. Fix the app and have better employees to deal with customer complaints!
