    * ***** **** **** **** * ***** Ever since Tim Hortons did an update to their App, I can no longer use the app on my phone for security reasons. I have been trying to retrieve my balance to add to an actual Tim card, but no one can help me. I call, their response is someone will contact you.
I have 25 case numbers and they just keep adding up every time I complain.
    How do I get the money? *** *** *** ******* ***** ***** **** ******* **** ***** ******** ** ** *****

I ordered the wrong order on the App and requested cancellation, but my refund was never processed. No one has a proper response to that.

Grande Prairie locations (not all but a lot) are automatically rounding up your purchase price to donate money to tina camps WITHOUT asking. This is not ok. Everyone should be able to choose not be forced to donate.

ZERO STARS! I was served a cup of tea with an unidentified object/ substance in the bottom of my cup; which I didn’t discover until I had already drank a portion of the tea. I was sick and nauseous for 4 hours. I reported it to the local store & head office customers service. I was told I would hear from HO once they reviewed the info I provided. I took pictures of the unidentified substance and kept the cup with the substance for a wee. One week later I received a generic apology which did not even identify me as an individual (but rather“dear customer”), there were no specifics about my specific situation only to say they “strive to uphold the best customer service and hope I continue to enjoy their restaurants.” I called head office back to say that not only was I disappointed with the impersonal generic email; but no one seemed concerned that an unidentified substance was found in the bottom of my consumable! I have background education in toxicology, microbiology, biochemistry, etc and I find it deeply disturbing that a large corporation such as Tim Hortons didn’t take a potential poisoning with more serious concern! I called the TH head customer service line again with my incident number and expressed my concern to the representative. She could see my initial report and was shocked that all I received was a generic email. I told her that I wished to speak directly (either via phone or email) with the local franchisee to ensure they were aware of the situation to ensure the same thing did not happen again to another customer; she assured me that the appropriate franchisee owner would received my phone number and my email…. That was over a month ago and I have yet to hear from anyone…. I thought at the very least the company would request I return the cup (as I had told them that was had kept it in case they wanted to investigate further), but a month and a half has passed and I have not heard from anyone. Shame on you Tim Hortons Aberdeen Ave St. John’s NL!

I arrived 8:05pm drive through @ 1530 North Service Rd West, Oakville ON L6M 4A1 today.
I asked for a toasted bagel with cream cheese. I was told there was nothing edable to eat. only drinks.
I asked why advertise a full menu what you sell and not able to agree with Tim Horton's agreement for the customer....
