    I ordered a sweater in Sept. * *** *** **** ********** ** ******* Many emails about back orders and finally I asked for a refund. No refund and now they aren't answering my emails.

    *** ********* ***** ** ** ***** **** *** ***** I placed an order on July 30th for an above ground planter and I was told many times that it was back order. I've had 11 email exchanges with them besides many phone calls and they always kept writing that they were sorry for the inconvenience and would give me an extra 5% discount on my purchase and kept asking me if I didn't mind waiting another week or two for my order. I waited and waited and it never came. They offered me a refund on my credit card on Sept. 12, 2023, and told me it would take 3 to 5 business days before it appears in my account and it never did. I'm still trying to call them, without success and my calls go to an answering system. We are now Oct. 5, 2023, and I'm still not refunded. **** ******* ***** *** ******* ****** *** ** *** ******** **** *** ****************** **** ** ****** **** ******** **** **** *** ****** **

    This company must be dealt with!, there’s a formula shortage here in Canada with the generic brands ******** ******* and ********* ******, and this website is advertising stock in the ******** baby formula as a mother who is searching high and low of course I was excited to see this availability I placed a order on July 3, the next day I received a email saying it was back ordered out of stock, okay I wait, we’ll this week the item is now available online and being advertising 12 sold in the last 10 hours, the number changes often, so I sent them in a email and it’s still out of stock the company needs to remove this product from their website it’s false and is given mothers hope to receive this products.
