    We sere very impressed with the level of service we received. ******* is very professional and was able to answer all our questions. He selected the best colour and style of eavestrough for our home to add curb appeal. There are lots of companies out there but Modern Eavestroughing has been in business for a long time and I know they back up their work. If someone crushed your downspout they will come back and fix it with a few days. We were approached a few other companies who were disrespectful about their competition but this did Not impact us as we knew Modern has a great reputations with our neighbors.

    Absolutely terrible service! No warranty provided what so ever! Their quote *** have been lower than others we received but you get what you pay for.We had them install eavesdrop with a leaf guard last fall. The product is installed at the wrong angle and water is not draining out the down spout. I called them about a month after the installation to tell him the problem that we were getting soaked whenever walking under it and he said he wanted pictures, which were sent to him. He did not come by. In the winter, huge icicles are forming, posing possibly injury or damage. I placed another call to him and Roch, the owner, tells us that we need to get up there ourselves and unclog it. By the way, it's on a 2 story house and we don't have the ladders to get up there. There shouldn't be any clog if they installed the gutter and leaf guard properly. I would NEVER recommend this company.

    We strive to provide our customers with the highest quality at all the times. We are sorry that you did not receive the service requested from one of our service tech after the initial installation. We normally always follow up with service request from our clients to make sure everything is functioning.When we received a call that there were icicles forming, we explained that this was an ongoing issue in this region due to weather circumstances. We ourselves get icicle and dripping of water due to the constant warmth and thaw we experience. The service tech went to your home today; on a Civic holiday to sloped your eavestrough with a better angle towards the downspout. This should hopefully eliminate the issue you have been experience.Please contact us if you would like the picture of the service provided today.

    After filing this complaint, Roch did come by and adjusted the eavesdrop. Hopefully this will resolve our water flow and icicle problem. It is very unfortunate that it took filing a complaint to get the issue resolved.
