      I own a 2018 GMC Terrain.
      This vehicle has a very bad design flaw, which allows the intake to freeze, and power down the engine.
      The first time, I took it to the dealership for a unfreezing, thawing out of the part, cost me nearly 400 dollars.
      A week later same thing happens, GMC covers it!
      Now a year later GMC has issued a recall for that exact same issue!
      I have went in for the recall, but now GMC is stalling to refund my money!
      I’ve been in touch with the dealership and GMC customer service, who told me an answer would be made in 72 hours, three weeks ago!
      It would be nice to have some closure on this issue.

      Bought a 2015 LTZ Tahoe black for $90,000 in Ontario Canada and 8 years later all the clear is falling off the hood and the roof and GM is very well aware of this it's happened on the Yukon all types of big trucks that GM sold from 2015 to 2019 and they won't do nothing about it I've got a car that's like 16 years old and the pain on it is like brand new to this day I washed the truck touchless all the time and now all the clear is coming off and the paint is just horrible my one and only new truck that I could only afford in my life and this is what I get

      I have purchased 2018 Chevrolet cruze from *** ******* , Winnipeg, manitoba. But in 2020 general motors blocked my car's warranty. Since then ,it's been two years I keep them sending e mail. They alwys send an email keep saying wait for 3-4 months. But they did not give any resolution. None of their employees ever called me. They did not tell me the reason why they pit warranty block.whereas my insurance company said everything is ok with the vehicle. I also provided the letter from my insurance company as required by general motors but they did not take it promptly. I also provided letter and so many things in e mail by *** *******. But general motor does not listen any thing. M still paying finances for my vehicle. I bought it brand new car but in records its been put like salvaged. When I go to *** ******* they say it was brand new. They are also asking to general motors why warranty has been blocked but they does not remove the warranty. If it was salvaged at the time I buy it why I spent $32,000 on it. I don't know who made a mistake actually. But general motors does not to any of us. I had a very worst experience with such a Canadian company as it took two years still did not give any resolution. This time I sent them e mail they dis not even reply.

      ***** ******* * ********* absolutely horrible customer care!!! Engine went in my truck, still under warranty it's been at the dealer ship for nine months still making payment.....no end insight......absolutely ridiculous. Truck is been sitting g outside, dent put in it, tires are flat, very unhappy gm Canada

      Brought my 2017 Gmc Sierra to the dealership for a no start problem and was sent away after truck started after sitting for a period of time..After numerous no starts the truck has now passed warranty with only 22000km on it and the dealership now finds a dead spot in the starter and need to replace it at a cost of 700.00 dollars. **** * **** *** ******** *** ** *** ********** **** ********** *** ** ***** ** ***** **** ***** ********s .No customer service at all. Charge people almost 100000 dollars for a truck and refuse to take responsibility for the problems. ****** *** * **** *

      I can't believe this! We had our brand new vehicle (5000 kms) at the gm dealership for 6 months. The reason for the ridiculous time frame was the fact that gm was not providing the necessary parts to the dealership in order to complete the job. As a result I made 6 months payments and used up 6 months warranty for a vehicle that I didn't have 100% because of gm. I contacted the so called "customer care" for warranty extension and payment reimbursement for the 6 months, nothing extra. After 3 months of waiting with my original file not being looked at for almost 2 months before I had someone actually look at it, They took all this time to apparently try to get the dealership to cover it? It wasn't their fault!! Non the less, they said no to everything and wash their hands of any fault! Not even the warranty extension which actually costs them nothing out of pocket!!!
      I have owned **** all my life and say what you will, they would NEVER just wash their hands and leave the customer hanging like that!       I had ordered and put a deposit on a 2022 trail boss then apparently the vehicle was not built now I had ordered and paid my Deposit in April on a Silverado 2500 and now the dealership says that truck is not being built. If I had this happen twice how often is this happening?
